But I've been back several times since. They are more personable because they are a smaller shop. Yes it may take a little longer, but that is because they are busy and there is a reason for that. I never feel like a number there, they explain repairs and handle themselves with kindness towards me and my family who also choose them. My son says he will never take his car anywhere else for repairs. The quality of work is second to none and my cars always look great after repairs!
