They were eager to help and understood our dilemma being stranded in town until repairs could be made. After diagnostic it was determined that we lost two fuel injectors. I was given a product that was poorly installed, due to what I felt like was just not caring enough and possibly being rushed as there was only one person in the shop to work on this for me. I was told that "it was the best that he could do," yet a couple of the new flaps looked good, and the others looked terrible. Not only that, but I've seen many videos of these being properly installed on the same style of truck.
