My 2003 Toyota Camry had a broken bolt on the tension assembly that made changing the alternator drive belt a nightmare. I had pretty much washed my hands with the car and figured it was a lost cause--but I decided to give Trevin a shot. He came out to my house, worked hard, and really knew what he was doing. He ended up having to pull the alternator and drill out the broken bolt that was still threaded in there. Not an easy job, but he handled it like a pro. Trevin was knowledgeable, personable, and didn't give up when most would've. You can tell he takes pride in his work and cares about getting things done right. But I've been back several times since. They are more personable because they are a smaller shop. Yes it may take a little longer, but that is because they are busy and there is a reason for that.
