He was swamped but has compassion on us and worked us in. Worked to 8:00 without eating dinner. We went and got a hotel. He had it completely done by 9:00 the next morning. He was very fair on his price. We called all over before finding this man. Everyone was closed, not answering their phone or didn't work on small trailers. Unfortunately he was unable to fix the problem (transmission oil/cvt) but he pointed us to someone who could (Pro 1 Transmission) Pro 1 actually saved us money by telling us that our car (2008 Altima) is under an extended warranty and could be fixed for free at the dealership. It was about 3:30 in the afternoon when the tow truck got me to the shop, they immediately took it in and started to work to diagnose the problem. After some time, Travis came over and talked to me about what was going on with my vehicle and he told me that with his diagnostic equipment he really couldn't properly diagnose the problem and recommended that i take it to the Honda dealership. He told me that they could try to guess and keep changing parts but he felt it needed a proper diagnosis. I had to wait for someone to come pick me up and they wouldn't be getting there until after the shop closed but all of the guys told me it wasn't a problem and that I could wait inside and someone would stay until my ride got there. If you are looking for an honest and friendly auto repair shop in Texarkana, I can not recommend this place enough! It's hard to find an honest auto repair shop anymore .
