I was parked in front of my house, which is on an inlet, (mind you not a road) because there is not enough parking. I went inside to take a quick shower and when I came back to my car being up to a tow truck, the guy told me that it would cost $200 for him to drop it when it was parked on an inlet for the townhouses. When pointing this out the tow truck driver began to yell at me how I continued to park there even after being towed 3 times before (my car has never been towed away). So when I asked to see the tow company's policy on dropping the car he refused and began wenching my car up. He also had me pay him directly with either cash or Venmo and gave no receipt.

I received a text about 10 minutes before they arrived and a call once they were at my building. They were removing and taking our old fridge with them and then installing our brand new one. Between navigating the water valves, measuring doorways to ensure no damage, cleaning the fridge and floor after install, and the constant communication during the process - I can only send virtual kudos and say thank you! Day one after receiving them, wash one, water was everywhere. All over the floors, lower part of the walls in the Landry room and hallway. We called, they said they would call by EOD to schedule a service appointment because there was water damage and no one called. So we followed up the next day. They said they would call to set a service appointment... no call. My wife called again. She spoke with Jim the service manager. He assured her that he would have someone come out at a certain date and time. She subsequently got a confirmation text with completely different info than what was discussed. We were then sitting at one week without a washer. Made one last call to speak to the store manager. He didn't seem the least bit concerned about our issue. Seemed like I was bothering him by calling. I told him to just come and get them and issue a FULL refund. Guess what... got a refund. Not a full one. They refused to refund the delivery fee for delivering damaged equipment. And, they didn't even hook up the dryer correctly either. We paid extra for a steam kit and such, never even installed it. EE is a joke! Heck - we were even told by one of their employees, there was a manufacturer defect in some of these models but that they would rectify it. And still got nowhere with them. What a waste of time and money (the delivery fee). We will never do business with them again. Truly, terrible customer service experience.

We are full-time RV travelers, and while traveling through the area we had a problem with the hydraulics on one of our slides while stopped at a truck stop, and the slide was creeping out. Mark and Francesca fit us into their schedule on a Friday before a holiday weekend, and we were incredibly grateful that they were willing to help us on such short notice. Everyone was friendly, reassuring, and genuinely seemed to care about getting us back on the road. Neil, the technician who worked on our motorhome, was awesome. He was very nice, knowledgeable, and took the time to figure out the problem and get everything working again. He also explained what he was doing. We felt like our RV was in very capable hands. When you live and travel full-time in an RV, having something go wrong on the road can be incredibly stressful. Businesses that are willing to help travelers in a difficult situation make a huge difference, and Cedar City RV certainly did that for us. Thank you to Mark, Francesca, Neil, and the entire Cedar City RV team for fitting us in, taking care of us, and getting us back on the road.
