We were sitting in our RV on a 100° day with no air conditioner and we called him and he was out at our house. 30 minutes later. The Rv Medic showed up and he had it figured out within 30 seconds and I'm not kidding around. His professionalism and knowledge was amazing. All I can say is he is knowledgeable, knowledgeable, knowledgeable! We have other work we need done and we will definitely only go to our new RV Doctor. The Rv Medic is very fair, will explain everything in detail, help educate you on what the problem is until you know the answer and solution. I have so much confidence in this person and can't wait to have him back! Thank you again, Tammy and Stephen

So happy with the service I received from the owners and technicians. They replaced my toilet in my…read moresuper old RV. It was very hard to find one that would be the correct size so that my drawers and cabinet would still open properly, but they managed to find one. I'm also very short so they got me the shortest toilet possible, so it doesn't feel much different from the old one. Thank you! Here's a photo so you can see what I'm talking about. I figured I would post this so people understand what to consider when ordering a new toilet in a smaller RV. If you don't order the correct size you may have to remodel your bathroom which would be very inconvenient. They helped me find something that was just the right measurements so that my drawer can be pulled all the way out. They also found me something that looks similar but better and there's more space now. I have already started recommending this company to others.

At other mechanics, I've had businesses including BMW corporate dealerships quote me a price without even performing full diagnostics and try to charge thousands for stuff that wasn't even causing the problem. Henri worked with BMW for more than 20 years, and it shows in how he diagnoses, quotes, and completes repairs. Henri has diagnosed problems on-site and remotely for me, and performed repairs that worked. He has never tried to charge me for something I didn't need and always been more than fair with pricing when material items like re-wrapping electrical wires came up as necessity, mid-repair. I would never take a performance car with a lot of complex inner workings to any other mechanic if it could he avoided. I can only afford to have honest mechanics do work on this car, and Henri's the best I've found after giving 4 corporate and 3rd parties a shot.
