What stood out to me most was that he wasn't just trying to make money off a tow and he actually wanted to help me make the best decision possible. He even suggested an alternative option he thought might work better before towing, which I really appreciated. Everything he says on his Yelp page is completely true. He genuinely sounds like someone who cares about helping people and making sure they're okay, especially during stressful situations. He even asked me to follow up with him afterward, which shows how much he truly cares. You can tell he's just a genuinely good hearted person, and he absolutely deserves every great review on here.
