wish i could relate to the rest of the reviews…read more they only called me to notify they had arrived after forcing open my locked door. i told them "i will let my girlfriend know you are there, just give her a moment." within five minutes they took off with my car to the repair shop without my keys and even left a piece of the car behind right next to where it was parked (see photo). then they called me another five minutes later pretending they were still there asking if it was ok to leave without the keys, as if they hadn't already! i told them i assumed they had already done so since my car was already gone and the excuse was "we had to get to another client." real nice way of making an already stressful and inconvenient situation even worse and more difficult for no good reason. even the auto repair shop was surprised by such blatant unprofessionalism and no attempt to remedy. for $175 you think they'd pay a little more respect to a paying customer.
