They ruined my bracelet the memory of it everything about it.. these people don't care about their customers. It's a shame. My gemstone was never pink even when I brought to them to get fixed. Wear and tear absolutely but my problem was the gemstone was not the same when I got it back. They had me convinced nothing was wrong with it until I wore it for a day then went to another place to have it evaluated. It's not in the same condition. You need to heat a stone like this up to 500° to get it to change to a pink tint. Blaming a customer is wrong. I will only deal with established BBB members from now on. Lesson learned

I was looking forward to a bubble bath. Also no grab bars in showers. No ice in designated areas. Chill fridge wasn't working properly. Coffee, Tea station wasn't working. Room heater kept going off every 10 minutes at night & sounded like a large truck. & most of all charged us about $200 a night more than what we agreed on. Didn't know that until we checked out at front desk. A manager was supposed to call me back to help resolve the problem, but of course no call yet. This was the first getaway for my husband and I since Covid. To celebrate my 76 birthday.

The area with the chargers is dedicated to this purpose and there is separate parking for fossil fueled vehicles. It is available 24/7. While you're waiting for your EV to juice up, there is a service plaza with fast food, restrooms and a convenience store with snacks and drinks to go. Three stars because the supercharger area is not shaded. This is the last supercharger on I-95 until you get to Massachusetts. The next nearest southbound is in Seabrook New Hampshire. My insurance company sent this service after getting stuck along my driveway in snow. The…read moretechnician arrived, but told me he did not have the right equipment to get me out, instead he said he'd return the following day. The following day he called my wife to give her an estimate after claiming my insurance company was taking too long to approve the charges. What he was asking for is $850 to pull out an SUV, that amount sounds as if an 18 wheeler was involved. In what seemed like an effort to get me to pay out of pocket in a hurry, they told me they wanted to get the vehicle pulled before the next storm. Off course, typical insurance speed, they took forever to approve thw charges, but I was glad in the end they did. I reluctantly gave the wrecker service a go ahead, to which the jumped to ask to process payment before they even gave me an eta. I refused to buy that, and later retracted my ask for help. The charge seemed extraordinarily high, and sure it was! I reached to my insurance one more time, and they finally sent a better deal for me...it didn't take 15 minutes to be pulled out, and for only $100, which insurance paid. In the meantime Mitchell's called asking for permission to send a technician to ge me pulled during my absence. No thank you Mitchel!
