Don't come here for supercharging! 4 of the 10 stations not working. Huge backlog of cars trying to come to charge and can't.

Electrify America has good DC fast chargers, a must if you don't have a Tesla. Most of the chargers…read morefor non-Tesla EV in NNJ are level 2 (or even 1!), which are SO SLOW. We're talking overnight here, and unless it's near your home, forget it. The EVgo and EVconnect chargers are mostly level 2 and unreliable, I've found that the Electrify America or Volta chargers are best. That being said, this station is ALWAYS full, and you will sit in the car waiting your turn for quite a while. The plus is a nearby Cafe Bene that has a bathroom, hot bev, seating, and many good sweet treats, so you can hang out inside once you get plugged in. So many stations are under maintenance, though, all over, no matter what brand charger station you use. If dealers expect to sell these Tesla knockoffs, there needs to be more working stations. Almost every station has one bay unusable, and here is no exception. A little drama while waiting tonight, a Tesla started to smoke (why he wasn't using a Tesla station, idk). Fort Lee cops and fire came out, and it was a little excitement during the boring task of waiting in the line. All was well, no fire, thankfully. I would say if you're considering an EV, do a lot of research and test drives. I would recommend renting and driving it for a week, if only to see how you will deal with the headache of charging. The upside is: helping to get our country off gas and oil! And a full charge is about $20...

Because it's right off of 95 outside of the GW Bridge, it's hard to access coming from NY. You can't just cross over the highway, so you have to travel past the hotel for a bit and double back. Also, if you're super sensitive to road noise and traffic lights, keep the proximity to 95 in mind. But, it is a large building and solidly built. Sounds are minimal if at all, especially if your room isn't directly facing the highway. This hotel was very clean, and has a nice lobby. You can get breakfast included, which isn't anything beyond the basic hotel buffet bar, but it's available. There is also as bar( but not a restaurant). The hallways are pretty clean and modern, as was our room. We didn't have any issues with the furniture or bed linens, they were clean. Bathroom was large and there was a desk area where Hubby could get some work done. Internet was fine. Staff is very friendly and I did not encounter any attitudes from anyone during my visit. There are laundry rooms, but for a steep price of $10 for a wash/dry load, I decided to forgo and just wait till we got home. Overall a good stay, and more reasonable than those inside NY and imo more comfortable than what you get at a comparable place over there.

Secondly, customer service wasn't great when they were busy. We did order pizza in and I asked for plates and forks which we were given at the time. We took up a long table near the entrance. When two of the girls in our party sat at a smaller table with access to a tv I went up to customer service and asked if we could get the television on for them and the lady at the front desk stated in awhile after she checked in a guest. We were completely forgotten about after more than hour. I did go up to ask for extra towels and inquired about bottled water and was told it 4 dollar per bottle. I then asked about the workout room and laundry room. Upon venturing into the workout room which was exceptional with a variety of machines but there were no workout towels available. There were also no paper towels in the restroom. Next the laundry room , we found the laundry room and the price was 5 dollar a load. Breakfast in the morning was from 6-9am and had the variety of items. I had some coffee , toast and some eggs. I later grabbed a cup of juice. Took a banana for the road. Overall the hotel met our basic needs and we appreciate that.
