The A/C is working great on this hot day. Overall the experience is positive. No free cocktails or free buffet breakfast like I get when staying at the Embassy suits down the street. No free coffee anywhere, so I'm a little surprised at that. For the value, I'm get more at the embassy suites. Embassy suits offers complimentary shuttle to near by restaurants, but nothing at the Courtyard. Seems like they can do more to compete.

I quickly said, "medium rare". I like my fair share of redness in my beef. After a considerable wait, it arrived along with the fries. One bite in the burger and it was VERY obvious, it wasn't medium rare. In fact, I don't believe it could have more well done without being charred. It was sooo dry and the flavor was nonexistent. The fries were pretty good. When the server came to ask about everything, I told her that it was far from medium rare. She then said, "oh, I forgot about that".
