Amending my review for the service side of things. Got a…read morefuel problem over the weekend and an alert to prime before cranking. Basically, there was air somewhere along the fuel pathway disrupting the truck from turning over. Watched YouTube and figured out how to fix it, then confirmed at dealer that fault codes were clear. We learned that although shops change fuel filters and fuel/water separator filter they won't push the air through and prime the system. Also one of the bolts was loose on the oil pan. Smh. What I look like rolling under a semi tightening some screws? Remind me to increase my life insurance policy.

Make sure everything was plugged in and sealed. Picked the boat up and the first lie I was told was that I did not need the float switch, the bilge pumps had them built in... They decided to keep it disconnected and not add it back in to the loop. They hooked up the live well backwards on the port side so open is closed and closed is open and the levers are bent with over tension. The tubing was not completely seated on the piping for the pumps, and it gets worse. They did not use the sealant (I Provided) for the bilge drains and I was able to loosen them by hand. Had I not checked their work before putting the boat in the water I am sure it would have gone under. The bilge pumps were resting on top of the tubes for the live wells and they probably would not have been able to keep up with the input from the lack of sealant on the loose bilge drain caps. another big issue was the battery mounting plate. They only had two screws holding the plate down and many of the screws that were there to hold the batteries in the stands were missing. Had I been able to go down the lake without sinking it, had I hit any kind of wake, those batteries would not have held in place at all! I expected them to do quality work, but in the end I would have expected better work to be done by a third grader to be quite honest. It was the biggest hack job I have ever witnessed. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I had family members that used this garage and they raved about it. The employees are friendly and honest. The owner showed me lots of other issues with the car. He wasn't trying to needlessly pile on lots of extras just to make money. He showed me how badly the frame had rusted on my car. I was amazed at the holes & damage caused over time by driving over roads treated with salt for snowstorms. Several garages that have changed our oil never mentioned all the problems with the car. One more DC pothole could have really done some damage. A new computer "thingy" had recently been put in the car. The garage's diagnostic machine aka "computer thingy" was unable to read issues with the car and it was suggested that I have a dealership update the computer. That would allow the card to "talk" to the diagnostic machine. When my car made it clear that I was not going to make it back home, the team gave their best diagnosis, which was to replace the battery. Removing the old battery allowed things to be "reset." The gas needle worked and a few other issues were fixed while the car was in the shop. I was lucky to be close to the garage when my car broke down. The owner towed my car and his team replaced the battery. They fixed several issues in less than one day. If AAA can tow your car to the garage, I would suggest that instead of paying for a tow. I would go out of my way to visit this garage since they were so decent (they sell cars too). The business is run by a family. They seem service oriented rather than focusing on profits. I may still follow up with a dealership to make sure the computer continues to work properly.

I called on a Tuesday afternoon and asked them when they could do an oil change on my Jeep. The gentleman told me that they could do it Wednesday at 7:30 am or 1:00 pm. I told him I would take the early appointment. He asked if I wanted a tire rotation as well. I said sure a tire rotation and a synthetic oil change at 7:30 am. I told him I would drop it off Tuesday evening and leave overnight since it was an early appointment. On Wednesday afternoon around 1:00 pm to pick up our jeep, much to our dismay the tire rotation was done but they hadn't done the oil change yet. The gentleman told we it would be about 45 minutes, I told him I would come back I didn't feel like waiting in a tire shop. We went on home and after about an hour and half I called to see if the job was complete. After several minutes on hold I was told yes it's ready. I go down to pick up and notice it's cheaper than expected when I'm paying. They tell me the keys are in it and have a nice day. I went out and looked at the receipt and realized that they used standard oil. (Really?) I mean a professional shop should ask and at least make a note when specifically requesting synthetic oil. So not only was it not ready on time but they goofed it up as well! We ended up getting a refund and the only thing the counter person had to say was "there's that" as he handed me the receipt for my refund. Definitely not the shop for us. We will keep looking and I suggest you do too.

I had searched the Jeep website from my home near Augusta, Georgia and the online inventory system to find my perfect Rubicon. What I initially thought was very unfortunate is that there was nothing anywhere near my home that had just what I wanted. However CMA's Jeep had the perfect vehicle 434 miles away from home! I did a quick Google search for positive reviews at that dealership, and David's name came up often along with the name of Jesse Dorestil, the finance manager. So, I called David, and the rest is history as my wife and I made the long journey to claim our new vehicle. He was very pleasant both during our phone negotiations and his great personality particularly showed in person. We were gone almost 20 hours yesterday to complete the transaction. Although by far the farthest we have ever travelled to purchase a car and very exhausting, we feel it was certainly worthwhile because of the exceptional care we received from David and Jesse and the entire team!

I contacted the service department and they misinformed me, claimed it wasn't covered, and forced me to pay thousands out of pocket just to get my car back working. This is a direct violation of consumer protection laws and a breach of warranty. I have already contacted the General Manager to resolve this via email. If a full reimbursement is not issued immediately, my next steps are formal fraud complaints with the State Attorney General, the FTC, and legal action under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.
