The access road has no sidewalks/crossing and is treated like a raceway by the locals. Your kids either need to be light or fast to cross the roadway to get to the Starbucks and there are no sidewalks so you have to dodge cars racing to get in line or cutting through the O'Charlies. Wish more areas would realize cars and pedestrians don't mix well and add some support for walking.

The sink faucet was broken, there were no lamps--only one light in the far corner of the room--making it difficult to see. The window blinds were damaged and uneven, offering very little privacy. We arrived late and the hotel was fully booked, so we weren't able to request a different room. Otherwise, we would have done so immediately. Pushy people at the check out line acting like I was in there way - even though my transaction was not completed yet and I was trying to get my bags. And the in a rush young people fulfilling Amazon Orders for Prime or trying to stock the shelves - I can't tell you how many times I have been treated as is I was an impediment to what they are trying to do even though I am a paying customer trying to navigate my way through the store. it gets to me sometimes. There are too many people trying to shop in this store for the size of it. Too many people "In a Rush" to get on with their lives. I do feel like I am back up in the North East sometimes when I go there. The best times to shop are during Tennessee Game Days or on a Tuesday night of all things. I go there because they do have things that other markets in the area do not have - fruits, vegetables, organic products. I do like the fish market guys. I do like certain cashiers and try to always go to them. I do like being able to find certain products there that I cannot find anywhere else - . I do like their supplements. There are things I do like. But the whole Prime thing (order fufillment) has put a huge black mark by the shopping experience. They really need to train their restocking people to be mindful of the customers and to be a little nicer while they do it. But between trying not to get run over in the parking lot when I am trying to get into the store and not getting run over while I am in the store by the oh so many busy people in there, it has gotten to where my stress levels goes straight up when I shop there. What I will do is try to go during off hours, and I do try to do that. But this is a pattern. My opinion is that for the amount of customers they have and the amount of order fufilment they do - the store probably needs to be twice as big as it is. I gave them three stars - but like I said - it is always a stressful experience for me.

This was a Sunday around 1pm Only 8 stalls with one broken. Place was packed. People are coming down a mountain climb and will need these chargers. I'm surprised a supposedly green city only has eight of these things. Could use another eight for traffic going the other way. Probably be wiser to swing up towards Bristol like we did going the other way than stopping here. Could find yourself waiting. Bristol TN was a less busy and more options stop. The service desk was very helpful, and as a newcomer, I received a $25 table coupon, which was a nice bonus. The food court had several fast food options--quick, convenient, and satisfying between games. Roulette is my go-to, and luckily, I had a good run and even won some money, which definitely made the trip more fun. Overall, it's a solid casino experience with good service and a comfortable atmosphere. It may not have the scale or energy of Las Vegas, but it's still a great spot for a fun getaway.

Called front desk who was not the least bit concerned about the security breach and offered to have someone meet us at our new room. No mention of moving our bags or how we were to get to our new room cause the elevators are all key activated. Took 90 minutes to get settled into our new room after a manager stepped in. Room was ok, fairly clean. The food choices for a real restaurant were limited. A kiosk driven ordering area does cover all the food court places and clearly works better than the check-in kiosks. Food was pretty good. Tomorrow will be contacting the hotel to get the $50 credit I was to have received for the check in fiasco. All in all a frustrating experience and I won't be back
