I needed a wrecker service last week when my car wouldn't start and the brakes were locked up, and Hanover Wrecker Service came to my rescue. Accidents happen; as my car was being winched onto the flat bed truck the truck dented the tailgate and scratched a side panel of my car. The driver immediately called the owner of the company who assured me that Hanover would take full responsibility for the repair of the damage. Shortly thereafter Tyler, the owner, called me a second time to say that if I wanted them to do the bodywork, they would pick up my car at my house--this was after the dealership took care of my first problem--do the work in three days and return the car to me. I had my doubts, but they were as good as their word. They picked up the car on Thursday and returned it yesterday, i.e. on the Sunday before Christmas, as good as new. I highly recommend Hanover Wrecker Service. Everyone I dealt with from the drivers and dispatcher to the owner was courteous, competent, and professional. The dispatcher was calm, polite, and didn't judge me when I said, "Yes, I DID hear a weird noise for three days and chose to ignore it." The driver showed up quicker than my kids appear when I open a pack of cookies. Super friendly, cracked a couple jokes, and hooked up my car like he's been towing since birth. He even reassured me with the classic line: "Don't worry, I've seen worse." (Which I choose to believe was true and not just something tow truck drivers say to make people feel better.) I may be a little biased but I know the hard work that goes into the service provided. and I know the difference in the education training and knowledge over other competitors. I have had my experience with towing companies and while all move cars from point a to b and have tow trucks but there must be something that sets them apart.
