Peak hour rates are lower than off-peak rates at other locations. At night, there's actually a really good view of the Sphere. Cons - I drove here past midnight and had the hardest time getting into the lot. Tesla GPS tried to take me in through the West and North gates, but those were closed. The only entrance was on the east from Cambridge St. Makes sense by the name, but it was super confusing at night. Nothing really in walking distance. Get ready to hang out in your car for a bit unless you want to watch the sphere for a bit. Safety - it seems a bit questionable, but there was a flow of other drivers coming in to charge and the large parking lot seemed to have some legitimate business happening - unloading and loading of trucks.

Last week I stopped in to purchase a break light and he was so helpful to assist me installing it right there without hesitation. He did so right before the excessive heat of Las Vegas kicked in. It's hard to find customer facing managers out here in the Valley that make an impression like that. So a big "Thank you" to Michael for helping me stay safe on these busy roads. A bonus and "Hats off to Michael" for high customer satisfaction is absolutely justified here! Thank you again. I have visited your store the past 3 years and always receive stellar service. It really makes a difference. Keep up the great work in selecting your staff! I will definitely be back. A loyal customer, Susan

I brought my car in after hearing a thump underneath it when closing the front passenger door. I specifically asked them to check whether any underbody components were loose or hanging down. The explanation focused on the heat shield, which I was told was not a problem. However, I left without a clear answer about whether the other underbody components had been checked. I called the next day and left a message with a service department representative requesting a callback from Stephen. After receiving no response, I called again the following day. Another representative told me he was off and would call when he returned. A week after the visit, I still have no callback and no clarification. I understand that advisors have days off, but that does not explain the complete lack of follow-up after two calls. Customers should not have to repeatedly chase a Lexus service department for a basic answer about what was inspected on their vehicle. This lack of communication and follow-through has undermined my confidence in their service.

The lady at the front grounder was fun, talkative, and made the experience much more pleasant. Much like going to Starbucks, any auto parts store across the Nation is the same. It's the people behind the counter that make it. This particular visit was really great, and made it a lot more fun than it probably should have been. Plus I love the fact that they have a loyalty program, that can save you some money on your parts. In this day and age, every penny counts so this was a nice welcomed addition. Bottom line? If you live in Nevada, especially off Eastern avenue, this will be my go-to O'Reilly's.
