I was charged 180$ for a wiring kit when they used the wires already installed in my car and even took about 10 foot of my zero gauge I left long. my line out converter melted and when I found it the ground for the speakers were wired together and the powers were wired into the speaker. they ran a remote wire from my b pillar because apparently the line out converter wouldn't do it and it was ran like we were on a speed run. sloppy. I had 1/4 inch spacers under the blown amp on my amp rack and when they mounted the non blown amp they decided 3/4 of the risers was good enough on a bottom mounted fan amp...... the tune it was tuned at was clipping at the rcas before the amp which is awesome. they installed new tweeters and I guess it's a custom to break off each and every clip that the oem speaker covers had for good measure. wouldn't wanna resell those to make my 700$ back from this experience no not at all. the ground coming off my line out converter was cut twice and butt connectored back together for god knows what reason because a 3' run of 18 gauge can't be more than 1$. genuinely just a ridiculous experience lucky my car didn't burn up literally

This took some "special rigging" on their parts because these players are not normally installed in this manner. Jason had me bring my vehicle back the next day and made it work! This is exactly what I wanted and needed for my family when we take trips, and they did it right before I left for my vacation! It's a great location, and there is typically enough parking. The boat dry stacking is a great…read morebenefit as well. Most of the employees are very nice and helpful, and there is a great sense of community among boaters. It is very expensive, though, and keeps going up every year. It's the only dry stacking marina in town, though, so people pay it. The marina owner has actually told customers that if they didn't like something (like wanting something to be fixed, or inquiring about the dent in their boat), they can go somewhere else (and many do); he has a waiting list to get in. So you can tell that due to lack of competition, the customer service and work ethic from the top is very lacking. It is also very disappointing that for all that money, the bathrooms are really dirty. As one example, sorry to get graphic, but I used the restroom one day, and there were some, um, remnants in the toilet. I went back the next day, and the remnants were still there. So if that was still visible, I assume they didn't clean anything in the bathroom at all. You can tell that they are rarely cleaned, and this is a big problem for me. Also, it is a safety issue that a lot of the dock lights are burned out, and have been all summer. Many of the dock planks also need to be changed; they are a tripping and splinter hazard. It's a good location with a nice sense of community, and good potential, but the marina really needs to focus on basic maintenance.

I have never had a problem parking either in the adjacent lot or across the street which is their lot also. The boat has always been ready on time and the dock staff is second to none. I have used their service department a few times and once again they are excellent. Prices - well you can always complain about them but I find them reasonable for the service rendered. I had my boat put back on the trailer today and everything was ready to go. The staff was on spot and worked as a good team. The boat needs TLC that I wanted to give it from home so the boat will winter at my house instead of Washington's Landing. But I have no hesitation about giving Washington's Landing my recommendation.

It tookseveral phone calls just together through to the service desk. I made an appointment for 7 weeks in advance for the annual inspection. The inspection went well, I only needed one tire to pass, and they didn't have it in stock so I was asked to call back. Again it was impossible to get through to the service desk. I got a message to buy a medical device or it went straight to Car Shop Cranberry. When I spoke with someone at the Cranberry location. I was told they couldn't make any appointments for the Robinson service desk, and they couldn't transfer me to the Robinson service. The clerk said the Robinson shop phones "didn't work". I was going to go into the Robinson service area in person, but on the way, I drove by 5 tire stores. I'll make an appointment at one of those businesses for my one 129.95 tire. And Carshop has lost our entire family's business. We used to only buy our cars their and always had a great experience. Maybe 3 cars bought there in ten years doesn't mean anything to whoever changed Carsense to Carshop. But im not buying a car from someplace that doesn't have phones that work.
