They can be extremely busy but somehow keep everything moving. I got the North Carolina BBQ sandwich, and I loved it. My wife enjoyed hers too. The food is one of the main reasons we stop at Buc-ee's instead of a regular gas station. There are so many options, and I really like seeing the new food and snack choices they continue to put out. Every time we stop, it seems like there is something different to try. The selection of Buc-ee's snacks, popcorn, crackers, jerky, sweets, and other items makes it hard to walk out with only what you came in for. Another thing I love is the cheap fountain drinks. When you're traveling and making several stops along the way, it's nice being able to grab a big drink without paying ridiculous prices. Of course, the bathrooms are another huge plus. They were clean and well maintained, which is something Buc-ee's has built its reputation on and one of the reasons it makes such a good road trip stop. Plenty of gas pumps, clean facilities, good food, tons of snacks, quick service, and just about anything you could need while traveling. Buc-ee's is more than a gas stop for us. You might not see it from the road, but it's a very quiet location and very well lit. I felt fully secure, even late at night coming here. It looks very nice and well maintained.. There is no garbage laying around and they have trash cans behind the facility. it is very conveniently located not far from the interstate and open 24 hours. The only downside I see is that the cords are very short and you have to back fully up in the parking spot or the cable won't reach your charging port.

Like other spots I've reviewed though you end up trying to take your life in your own hands if you attempt to walk anywhere but towards the main 'mall' portion of the complex. The access road has no sidewalks/crossing and is treated like a raceway by the locals. Your kids either need to be light or fast to cross the roadway to get to the Starbucks and there are no sidewalks so you have to dodge cars racing to get in line or cutting through the O'Charlies. Wish more areas would realize cars and pedestrians don't mix well and add some support for walking.

They all work but one or two that is out of order. Two of the units are assessable on each side. The charging rate here when I came was only $.27. It's in the parking lot of a huge shopping center with lots of restaurants and shopping. They're also hotels around. It's very well lit up at night and I felt safe and secure while using the charger. They should add a garbage bin over here although there's no trash laying around as very much I feel there would be better serviced if they had a garbage bin somewhere nearby. It's out in the open. There are no shade trees or nothing and it is in the back corner of the target parking lot alongside Longhorn steakhouse and kind of in front of Sheraton hotel. This location is open 24 hours in accessible not far from the highway.
