One of the employees was fairly rude and unhelpful when I tried to get it replaced, saying that it was "ridiculous" for me to come back more than a month after buying the battery, without citing any policy. (The way I see it, the installation is included in the purchase and it shouldn't matter when it actually takes place; it's the same amount of work regardless of the day or month and it's mainly because of their policies and staffing it had taken so long...) Anyway, another employee named Turtle was super helpful and volunteered to come replace my battery, saying he always likes to take care of his customers. He also told me about a rebate program to get money back for my old battery, which I didn't even know about. Much appreciation to Turtle for a job well done. AutoZone needs more people like him, committed to ensuring good customer service.
