A 18,500 miles vehicle losing more than 50% of book value. Owner, Dealership, Jeep Corporate all are looking the other way, no accountability whatsoever. Jeep Corporate knew that the engine for this vehicle possibly has sand in it from the mold,waited unknown months before contacting owners. Their fix for it is replacing the engine, but they don't realize the inconvenience they place on the owners, they sure don't give loaners out. What's sad is Dealership will take it back on trade in and jack the price up $30,000 from KBB price, but sure will not give customers they same figure. Holding all referrals to this place.

Day of appointment after a midweek call from the dealership confirming I'm told that they can't do a transmission flush at 4pm (the time THEY CHOSE) because there's not enough time to do the service. I explain why did someone call and confirm the appointment if they didn't know how long the service takes. KNOWING when I made the appointment the arrangements I would have to make to get my vehicle there and then cancel day of is a different level of disrespect to someone's time and money. Not to mention the cost of this service was going to be over 500.00. I wouldn't recommend anyone giving this place of business your money for any service needs much less let someone make commission off of you knowing they lack integrity make the commute to another location where you fill valued. As we crossed the VA-TN border at 1 PM on route 81S, we had a blow-out and had to pull over to the side of the road. AAA was useless as there were accidents all over the city and cars & semi-trucks were off the interstate. I called Tire Choice in Bristol (6 miles from us), gave them our tire size, and made an appointment with them for 5:30 - the last appointment of the day. We hoped we would be on the road before they close at 6 PM. Luckily, after about a 2 hour wait in the cold with trucks inches away from us, the TN Highway patrol changed our tire to the "mickey mouse" spare right there in the storm. Kudos to them - they were simply awesome. We got to Tire choice by 3:30. When I went to the door, it was locked; they had all gone home. The door indicated that they were open until 6. AND WE HAD AN APPOINTMENT. So thanks for the call, and thanks for leaving us in the lurch, guys - way to go! I called Discount Tire, another 6 miles away, and they got us in-and-out in 20 minutes. This afternoon, my wife and I were enjoying a Sunday drive, when I dropped a wheel of our F-150 off…read morethe edge of a narrow road, while slowly backing. Had it not been for the rear axle assembly digging into the pavement, we would have rolled over. Our truck was precariously perched over the edge of a steep bank. After several phone calls to towing businesses that turned out to be closed, we reached Tennessee Roadside. What a fortunate turn of events. Within minutes, "Tow Truck Tommy" and his partner Tony arrived, assessed the situation, and got to work. Using a nearby tree as a fulcrum, they calmly and professionally winched the truck at just the right angle to get it back up on the road WITH NO DAMAGE. Throughout it all, they went out of their way to reassure us. Talk about great guys --they were! But we were not happy with their charges --THEY WERE TOO LOW! Most of the reviews I read or either just super great or they have completely screwed someone ( like myself). So if you chose to use them just know its about 50/50 if you are going to get good service but please be aware that they might tow your car, not tell you when it is fixed, not answer questions or give you estimates then put a lien on it and try to charge you $65 day storage while they hold your car hostage and threaten to sell it. Plus I am not sure they did ANY repairs at all and basically just held my RV and charged me storage and when I called their bluff. HAD MY CAMPER SINCE 2023 Just now getting it back.
