And the ambience of the second floor rooms was very appealing and embracing. Clean, with lovely art, textiles and nature vibes. Massage room is beautifully setup; it's on one side with a foyer in the center and nice restroom on the other side (Pilates place across the landing). Just go elsewhere. The retail/front house folks are fine, though they do oversell chemicals at…read morejacked up prices. The real issue is the service/back house folks. David is not to be trusted, period. If you can even get a return call (which is unlikely), you will pay double what you were quoted. He is rude, unprofessional, and lies to cover his tracks. This company as a whole is also not interested in any form of customer service and don't care about losing business. There are much better options out there. Avoid this place.
