Over the years, I've spent $100s at this place. Waterpipes, bowls, blunt wraps, cleaning supplies,…read moreetc., etc. The service is generally friendly and courteous. It's locally owned, so it is the first place I go to because I like to keep things local whenever I am able. This latest experience however has left a very bad taste in my mouth... I've never had a personal-sized vape device that holds bud, so I bought one there for around $80. The girl who sold it said I could use a regular phone charger since the device comes only with the USB cable. Within two weeks, the device failed. I searched online for troubleshooting, and found this is a very common occurrence. Hoping to just swap it out for another unit, I went back to Rolling Fire to discuss the matter. Immediately, upon mentioning the issue, the man told me that I have to contact the manufacturer because Rolling Fire is a Buyer Beware shop. The last time I was at a "No Refunds or Exchanges" place was at a flea market. This guy operates his business as if he is at fly-by-night flea market table. He is a part of the community. He can't just up an move his business so he should be good to the people who keep him open. He told me I used the wrong kind of charger. I told him I used what the girl who sold it to me recommended and he just shrugged his shoulders and pointed to the "No Refunds or Exchanges" sign. I asked the guy if he could just contact his supplier because he's clearly buying faulty units and this is bad for business, but he just kept referring to their Buyer Beware policy. I realize this is partially my own fault for thinking I could speak some sense into the guy, but Rolling Fire does not back up their products at all. A business that doesn't stand behind what they sell is not worthy of my hard-earned funds. Anyone looking to buy something mechanical should seriously look to ebay or other online sellers. It would have cost them next to nothing to call the supplier to ask for a replacement. Not only that, but Rolling Fire would have gained loyalty from me that is difficult to break. Instead, they get scorn. Sadly, I will not be setting foot inside that store and will share this tale with anyone else looking for head shop supplies.

I love their general anything you need store. It's great to have a place to go refill propane when you run out during a Saturday bbq. Their decorations are fantastic and super cute! I had a lot of fun taking my niece here to get something for her mom. It is also handy that they have a nice selection of hardware supplies nearby. Lastly, I was really happy to see how they supported the class of 2020 by making signs to honor the graduates! Thank you for being a small town staple!

My intent was to…read moreclosely reproduce a particular football team's jersey, with a personalized name on the back, and the age of the birthday boy as the jersey's number. The staff dug through their inventory, found a jersey, and made a single custom print for me by 5:15pm, on the same day! I suppose that most of their orders are larger and have longer lead times than mine. But, they didn't flinch at my order nor make me feel any less valuable to them than any other customer. As a result, I traveled from Binghamton early the next morning with a custom #80 jersey. Thank you very much.

I called the day before the July 4th holiday as a shot in the dark to see if I could schedule an exam today. His guy was out but he referred me to an amazing ophthalmologist, Dr. Colella. After the exam I went to meet Chris. This is a quaint little shop and Chris was so kind and helpful. I tried frames on and he gave me much needed opinions. The prices are very reasonable for frames and lenses. He even gave me a sample of content lenses to see if I can get used to mono vision in place of bi focal lenses. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I'm so thankful Chris picked up the phone when I called. I wish I had found him years ago!

ABFA is the gallery you MUST see on First Friday in Binghamton…read more Anthony Brunelli's gallery is composed of works by emerging, mid-career, and established international artists alike in the areas of contemporary realism, photorealism and well-disciplined abstract paintings, drawings, sculpture, original prints, and alternative photographic media. The subject matter is always changing in the gallery, so you'll likely find something that catches your eye in their monthly rotations. If you're new to art galleries, prepare to be shocked at the value of the works here. Everything here is exquisitely executed, well deserving of its title as a fine art gallery. You will most certainly find the best pieces around here. Undoubtedly the highlight of each First Friday for me. My favorite piece in their upstairs collection is the reverse perspective piece by Peter Roth. If you're unfamiliar with reverse perspective, it is a 3D technique that creates an optical illusion of moving through the space in the painting. It's a fun piece to ponder!
