Over the years, I've spent $100s at this place. Waterpipes, bowls, blunt wraps, cleaning supplies,…read moreetc., etc. The service is generally friendly and courteous. It's locally owned, so it is the first place I go to because I like to keep things local whenever I am able. This latest experience however has left a very bad taste in my mouth... I've never had a personal-sized vape device that holds bud, so I bought one there for around $80. The girl who sold it said I could use a regular phone charger since the device comes only with the USB cable. Within two weeks, the device failed. I searched online for troubleshooting, and found this is a very common occurrence. Hoping to just swap it out for another unit, I went back to Rolling Fire to discuss the matter. Immediately, upon mentioning the issue, the man told me that I have to contact the manufacturer because Rolling Fire is a Buyer Beware shop. The last time I was at a "No Refunds or Exchanges" place was at a flea market. This guy operates his business as if he is at fly-by-night flea market table. He is a part of the community. He can't just up an move his business so he should be good to the people who keep him open. He told me I used the wrong kind of charger. I told him I used what the girl who sold it to me recommended and he just shrugged his shoulders and pointed to the "No Refunds or Exchanges" sign. I asked the guy if he could just contact his supplier because he's clearly buying faulty units and this is bad for business, but he just kept referring to their Buyer Beware policy. I realize this is partially my own fault for thinking I could speak some sense into the guy, but Rolling Fire does not back up their products at all. A business that doesn't stand behind what they sell is not worthy of my hard-earned funds. Anyone looking to buy something mechanical should seriously look to ebay or other online sellers. It would have cost them next to nothing to call the supplier to ask for a replacement. Not only that, but Rolling Fire would have gained loyalty from me that is difficult to break. Instead, they get scorn. Sadly, I will not be setting foot inside that store and will share this tale with anyone else looking for head shop supplies.

Its easy to miss if you aren't familiar with the shopping area it's located in. Im also pretty sure I parked illegally, but whatever. The staff was very helpful and quick to great me, even though the place was pretty busy. The employee I talked to helped me find something similar to what I usually buy in Texas. I only got a small bottle, because I had juice at the hotel, and found the price reasonable.
