I started a chat with Jessica about the vehicle who followed up with a text. We set up an appointment to view the vehicle and she arranged for DAVID FIBERESIMA to have the vehicle ready when we got there!! You will definitely want to ask for DAVID because he is NOT your typical high pressure, arrogant, annoying salesperson! He will greet you with an honest smile, accommodate your interest, help you explore the options and go out of his way to be an ambassador or liaison between you and the manager, finance, and finale. There was no need to haggle because the price they set on the vehicle online was "Great" per the KBB and far below NADA value. The experience was second to none!

First time I went there for repair, arrangement for loaner was not made and I had to go back a week later. After I confronted the service manager-Pat- he lost his temper, became rude and condescending. An employee who loses his temper with customer should not be allowed to be in the workplace much less to hold a management position.

I had an amazing car buying experience here, all thanks to JT…read more The last thing I want to do is go to a dealer to buy a used car, but this felt like a breeze compared to that. I saw a car online that caught my interest. The price was very reasonable, much lower than similar vehicles on Carvana or CarMax and below Blue Book value. Best yet, I wouldn't have to pay or wait for shipping. I sent a message and within an hour, the car was ready for a test drive. Less than an hour after that, we were finishing paperwork for the car purchase! There was no haggling or pressure. They even shopped around to get me the best interest rate, which was better than what my credit card company or credit union could offer. To top it all off, there weren't a bunch of undisclosed hidden fees. I only had to pay a small processing charge, which was fully disclosed from the start. I may never buy a car through a dealer, but I can highly recommend Enterprise Car Sales. Just ask for JT and he'll get you hooked up! Thank you.

Mr. Johnson agreed to complete the report and upload it to the IRS. Upon doing so, we were able to get our $4k tax credit. It was a frustrating situation that did finally work out after we invested a lot of blood, sweat, and tears. I am grateful the IRS recognized the need to reopen submissions. Apparently a LOT of buyers had similar issues, not just us and not just at this dealership. And I appreciate that Enterprise made it right once they got the chance for a do-over. I understand that businesses are resistant to accepting blame for situations like this, but to not even try to make things right was not best practice. While I'm grateful it all worked out in the end - and I do love my car - I don't think we'll look here again next time we're in need of a vehicle.

Chris was kind, professional and most importantly honest! For that sole reason I was at your dealership for almost 6 hours DETERMINED to purchase from this man. There is only ONE ford dealership in Oklahoma and that's METRO FORD! As for Vincent, my brother in Christ was always so honest and compassionate. This was my first car purchase and I truly felt like I walked out of his office a bit smarter yesterday. He was patient and took his time to really break down what I was getting into the best ways to go about My purchase and even helping me with my future with this truck. Vincent is the only person I'll ever want to deal with in the future for financing! Gentlemen bless you in Jesus name and thank you for the most wonderful experience. I literally loved the people and everything when I came here, and now since our first "Free oil change" my car is messed up and they DO NOT HONOR THEIR WORK. DO NOT do the free oil changes and do not trust any mechanic there to touch your vehicle. They will mess it up more so you have to come back. I will continue to make reviews about this company so no family is scammed. Sickening. I work for a collision repair shop and deal with many cars and issues, and no matter how good I thought I had it taken care of meaning warranty, gap, their extra $5,000 for BS that is literally robbing us of our down payment on our loan. God is truly the one these people are gonna have to deal with at the end of the day because they have to sit with themselves and what they do. I truly will continue to let all my customers at my collision repair shop to not go here. We are one of the top shops in the region and deal with many fords, and luxury vehicles. I tell all my customers the terrible experience and how to not trust them. Buyer beware. Thank you! oh, and I would love for manager in a higher up position who can actually care and listen, but nobody has cared since me and my 3 daughters walked in to find a vehicle because someone crushed our and we could finally get what we wanted, $4,000 down, and we got sold a lemon. My girls love this van, and it is a shame that this is happening. Shame on Metro Ford, do better. So I end up walking into any dealership assuming they're going to be dishonest. I recently purchased a vehicle from Jim Norton, but the vehicle that was delivered was slightly different than the one I was expecting to get, and when it arrived I pointed out what was missing from what was originally agreed upon. Wavin (the dude who sold me the car) and Vinny (his manager) gave me a 'We Owe' sheet stating Jim Norton would provide me the originally agreed upon add-on items once they arrived. I made a comment saying "Kalidy Kia gave me one of those 'We Owe' sheets and they never honored it until I got the Attorney General's office involved." Wavin responded with "We aren't Kalidy Kia." And you know what? That is a very true statement. Jim Norton has done right by me so far, and it's been a pleasant experience (aside from the minor communications lapse while I was waiting on my new vehicle). Their service department is kinda meh so far (one of the advisors I've dealt with was crotchety as hell, and they lost my keys at one point), but as far as a new vehicle purchase is concerned, Wavin and Vinny have both made me have to rethink my opinion about car dealerships as a whole. The price was fair (they actually were more flexible than I expected them to be) and they have been true to their word, and professional in all of their interactions. I would recommend them both.

They did not secure it properly after that service, and afterwards undercarriage began falling down and cracked while I was on the highway.
