I just ended up picking up my vehicle in a worse condition than when I brought it in. You guessed it, I had to pay for all that service and parts that they even admitted it didn't need. This leaves many questions. Why can't their mechanics fix their own vehicles? Even when you give them a few days to work on it, as they contact Mercedes Canada and get advice from them. They did this twice and on the second occasion they kept my vehicle from Nov 27 to Dec 19 and didn't even offer me a courtesy car. When you pay for professional service and all they do is throw parts at it hoping to resolve the issue, it shows complete incompetence. Why should I pay for their education? Yes, it was out of the warranty, and I don't mind paying for service if it is corrected. The type of customer service I received does not reflect the professional standards they portray or claim.
