I just ended up picking up my vehicle in a worse condition than when I brought it in. You guessed it, I had to pay for all that service and parts that they even admitted it didn't need. This leaves many questions. Why can't their mechanics fix their own vehicles? Even when you give them a few days to work on it, as they contact Mercedes Canada and get advice from them. They did this twice and on the second occasion they kept my vehicle from Nov 27 to Dec 19 and didn't even offer me a courtesy car. When you pay for professional service and all they do is throw parts at it hoping to resolve the issue, it shows complete incompetence. Why should I pay for their education? Yes, it was out of the warranty, and I don't mind paying for service if it is corrected. The type of customer service I received does not reflect the professional standards they portray or claim. There is a lot more to this story. You can guess where this is going. All social media sites and investigative reporting will be following shortly. DONT BUY A MERCEDES - especially from here.

Carmen has built a team from top to bottom that cares and really works hard to ensure you have a great experience with them. I used to go to other dealers when I had my first Acura TSX in 2004 (the Oakville dealership didn't exist then) and the level of customer service and ultimately customer satisfaction was very good but just not at the exceptional level established in Oakville. During that first visit, they didn't give me a loaner or even an Uber credit, and to make matters worse, I had to drive all the way back to the service center just to get my key card because they failed to leave it in the truck. The real issue escalated when the job had to be redone. Because it was a repeat repair and because of what happened during that first messed-up attempt, I explicitly demanded a loaner vehicle for the redo. Instead of making things right, they downplayed the flooding issue and refused the loaner. I asked to speak with a manager, and while the staff said they would forward my message (and I assume eventually did), no manager ever bothered to reach out to rectify the situation or apologize. The complete lack of accountability and stonewalling from their team made this a nightmare experience.
