Sales consultant Martin Cervantes provided us with very professional, patient, and friendly service. We successfully completed our order and picked up our second Tesla within one day. I would give this salesperson and this store a 5-star rating! Thank you again to Martin Cervantes for his efforts.

I just got back from Pleasanton. I'm still working throughout the day, but I got some time. I was in the neighborhood, so I figured I drop-in to see what's good. I've been to the Tesla Factory right next to here more than a few times. I didn't expect the Tesla Showroom to look like this. I don't use the word emaculate that much, I rarely do, but this is emaculate. I see great products. It was nice to meet some people out there that happen to be in the building as well. The Design Center is impressive, I like that. And the Powerwall unit, is neat.

Most amazing tour of a unique company. If you've never been to a car manufacturer tour, come check it out. The huge assembly floor, with the highly advanced automated arms, self driving carts, and giant stamping presses was definitely a highlight of our delivery experience. The tours are available to someone taking delivery on a new Tesla, and up to three guests. But you can also take a tour after delivery, any owner can bring up to three guests then too. There is also a supercharger station, with free coffee and Wi-Fi, and a comfortable lounge and showroom to sit in while you wait.

The best experience with car pickup I every had. And I wasn't even the owner! It's one thing to noticed everything going well with a friend who is picking up his Tesla P85. But quite another to see that all around me the other new owners are just as involved and happy with the new cars and service as well. The were some issues . My friend had made a checklist to go over before we went there. A couple of items popped up. But never was there a time when his salesman gave an answer that was anything but courteous and helpful. His answers contained the detail and confidence needed to convey a sense the issue would be taken care of in a manner that was good for all. The Tesla factory tour was also great fun. I won't go into it very much more than to say the tour should be one of the SF Bay area things all local and tourists should take advantage of. If you ever went on a NUMMI plant tour then be ready to be surprised in a great way on the methods Tesla uses to build their cars. Also the way the have rejuvenated the plat itself. Some things have been retained for the production line. Many things have been brought in. Overall a satisfying factory tour. Not as good as the Everett tour of the boeing facility, But then two different products are made. Better than tours I have taken in the past of other automakers even if Tesla currently lacks the historical depth. You really can't go wrong buying a Tesla.

Lobby of Tesla, to test drive the new cars!

If you're looking to do a test drive of a Tesla, then come here! Be sure to make an appointment! It's quick and fast, just call them and speak with an appointment specialist who can help you coordinate a date/time. Weekdays are probably the best times since it's less busy. We had a friendly service rep who took us out on a test drive. The car is fast, sleek and silent!! :) There are some nice open roads around this campus, where you're allowed to drive fast, so that's always nice. The lobby area is swank. The whole appointment shouldn't take more than 45 minutes. We learned a lot about the car as well, so that was awesome.

What a great experience. I picked up my new Tesla 90D a few weeks ago. It is my first new car purchase and I have no regrets. Amazing technology. Love it!

Not only are the Tesla Model S cars IMPRESSIVE, their STAFF is PHENOMENAL! I recently had placed my online order for a Tesla but noticed my order did not have children's seats add on which I had ordered. Since I was in the area that day I figured I would pop my head in the Santana Row store and see if a staff member could help me out. Right away there was a staff member to greet me and help me. The assistant manager was able to pull up my order and add the children's car seats to my order. At the time when I placed the order the delivery time was about 30 to 45 days out. I asked the assistant manager if there was any way I could speed up the delivery process and there is actually a way!! It's not guaranteed but basically after you order the car you have a window of about 2 weeks to make changes to your order in case you change your mind on something. Then after that it goes live in their system. About a month goes by and I get an email and a phone call letting me know the car is in production and it has a Vin # so get ready to pick up your car soon. At that time I basically had to give them all my info etc etc to process the paperwork. A week goes by and it's time to take a drive to pick up the car in Fremont. I get there and there's someone right at the door to say hello. I sign some papers which only took a few minutes. Then two Tesla staff members walk me out to the car to give me a run down on how the car works etc etc. I was basically in and out of there in about an hour. You also get to take a tour of the factory! I didn't have time when I picked up the car that day. Even though I already took delivery of the car I can call them and set up an appointment to get a factory tour at a later date! All I can say about the Telsa Model S is that it is an EXCEPTIONAL car for being all electric! You guys did a MERITORIOUS JOB!

    85 KWH with Sport Package

Stopped by here the other day for quick test drive on behalf of my friend who was too busy to make it. He flew to Vegas later that day, so I took the 85KWH Model S for a quick spin. Simply AMAZING power and handling! Very smooth power and the ride was extremely stable. I liked how they calibrated the throttle response for the electric motor. They've probably had some time to perfect it since the car was first released. It wasn't even the P85+ Model, just the normal 85 with a Sport Package. The showroom itself is very inviting and looks much better than the old one that was there before. The receptionist was nice and helped me sign the test drive waiver quickly. They have water and coffee or tea for anyone waiting. I'd highly recommend anyone who hasn't driven one to do so here or in Santana Row. Great experience all around.

This update just added one star for the haters. It's not Tesla's fault if you can't spell and your significant other has anger issues, nor is it classy to air your dirty laundry about working there. Move on and become successful. That is the best revenge. My father, two brothers, and I came here for a tour/delivery of a new vehicle. Our tour guide was great, it was just difficult to hear her due to the stamping process of the Tesla body panels and the distance of where she was sitting in correlation to our cart. A headset with speakers in the carts would remedy this. She was great either way. They have some very cool machines constructing the vehicles. KUKA is not only a nickname for my aunt, but the name of a machine that looks like a giant arm and can change it's hand to suit the work need. I watched in amazement as it went from a suction cup device for the windshield, a hand which placed both front seats gently within the vehicle, and some type of riveting device. I appreciated the fact that Tesla uses aluminum for almost every panel of the vehicle to save weight, and they also recycle scraps of aluminum.

Great experience at the Fremont factory. We went there to test drive the Model S. Met several of the employees in the showroom and went on our test drive with Joshua. He answered all of our questions and the car was amazing, we didn't go there planning on ordering a car since we had a Model 3 on reserve but after the test drive we wound up ordering the Model S. It was a great no pressure to buy experience. The car sells itself. After driving this car for 2 months we decided to take it on a trip from Sacramento to Las Vegas to see how it would ride for more than a around town experience. It went flawlessly, love the car even more. We will be heading back to Fremont once they start rolling out the Model 3. We won't be going back to Gas... Thank you Elon Musk, What a great car!!

Awesome experience! There's free valet and reserved customer parking space near the delivery centre (building with lined red outline on roof). Brandon who gave us our factory tour was engaging. They also give you a thorough orientation before allowing you to drive off with your brand new Tesla. Amazing what technology can do nowadays. :)

We were communicating while he was out of town and I would have gladly bought a car from him. Instead I bought a car from somebody who will say is just basically I got screwed. And Chris is going out of his way to help me even though we have never done business. That is such a rare quality that I can only hope that anybody with enough sense would see this and buy a car from him. He has been overwhelmingly supportive, offered his help as best he can wherever he can, and even stayed in touch just talking back and forth about how badly things have turned on for me with the purchase of the car I made from somebody on Craigslist who is also a wholesaler kind of guy. Anyway five stars aren't enough. I'm sure whatever products he have or quality products. But beyond that the integrity, the kindness, the actual caring far beyond what must anyone would be used to or think possible. We walked in yesterday with zero intention of buying anything -- we were just planning to look at a car and leave. To my surprise, we ended up buying a car... and I still can't believe it myself. The reason is Michael, our salesperson. He completely changed my perspective of this dealership. He was friendly, patient, and genuinely easy to talk to. He gave us honest comparisons, explained the deals clearly, and never once made us feel pressured -- which is very different from what we experienced here in the past. Michael made sure our budget and needs were respected, and he helped us find exactly what worked for us. His professionalism and sincerity made the entire process smooth and comfortable. (SERVICE CENTER)…read more Three Months for a Warranty Repair, Multiple Misdiagnoses, and My Car Was Returned Unsafe I brought my 2021 Toyota Supra GR A91 Edition to Fremont Toyota for warranty work because the vehicle could no longer measure its oil level. This is a well-documented issue on the A90/A91 Supra platform, with the oil pump being a known potential cause. My service advisor assured me they would take care of it. This was in Late May After diagnosing the car, they told me it only needed an oil level sensor. I approved the repair Early June. The replacement part took about three weeks to arrive, which I understand is outside the dealership's control. What was frustrating was the complete lack of communication. I never received a call or update when the part arrived. Every status update throughout this entire repair process came because I contacted them first. Once the repair finally started Mid June, another week passed with no communication. I called again and was told they had discovered another part was needed before they could continue. Again, no proactive update from the service department. Another week went by with complete silence, so I drove to the dealership unannounced just to find out what was going on. To my surprise, my car was already finished Early July and ready for pickup. No one had contacted me. Unfortunately, the repair did not fix the problem. The oil level still would not read correctly, so I had to bring the car back. During the second visit Early July, I asked if they could show me diagnostic data confirming the oil pump was operating correctly. They could not. I then borrowed a professional scan tool from a friend's shop and found an "abnormal oil pressure" fault code. I brought this information to Fremont Toyota, and they agreed to investigate further. After inspecting the vehicle, they told me the oil control valve had failed. I specifically asked if they were certain it was not the oil pump and whether they had verified the pump was functioning properly. They assured me the oil pump was fine and that only the control valve needed replacement. Two more weeks passed with no communication. Once again, I had to call them myself to learn the status. I was then informed that replacing the control valve had not resolved either the fault code or the original problem. Only after that unsuccessful repair did they conclude that the oil pump itself was faulty, which was one of the primary concerns from the beginning. Nearly three months after first dropping off my vehicle, the oil pump was finally replaced and the issue was resolved. Even then, I was never notified that the repair was complete. I had to contact the service center myself to ask whether my car was ready for pickup. Car was picked up Early August. I thought the experience was finally over until the following day, when I found a bolt on my garage floor. Concerned, I took the car to a trusted independent shop for an inspection and alignment. They discovered that the skid plate protecting the oil pan had not been properly reinstalled. Multiple fasteners were loose, and three bolts were completely missing. Had I continued driving, the skid plate could have detached while I was on the freeway. Waiting for warranty parts is understandable. Diagnosing a difficult problem is understandable. What is not acceptable is the repeated lack of communication, multiple misdiagnoses, requiring the customer to continually chase updates, and ultimately returning a vehicle with critical underbody panels left unsecured. The technicians eventually repaired the original issue, but the overall experience left me with very little confidence in the quality control and attention to detail. After almost three months without my car, I expected better communication, better diagnostics, and a final inspection that ensured the vehicle was actually safe to return to the customer.

Exceptional Online Car Buying Experience from Start to Finish…read more I recently purchased a vehicle from CarMax entirely through their online platform, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Smooth, transparent online shopping. The listing page provided all the information I needed to make an informed decision -- vehicle history, detailed specs, and pricing, all clearly displayed. The online checkout process was straightforward and efficient. Great delivery service at a fair price. My vehicle was located in Southern California and needed to be transported to Northern California. CarMax's delivery fee was very reasonable -- significantly lower than what I'd found on competing services. The car arrived in about a week, and they kept me informed at every step, so I always knew exactly where my vehicle was in the process. Convenient test drive setup. Once the car arrived and passed their quality check, I was invited to schedule a test drive. I booked the appointment and location right through the CarMax mobile app, which made it effortless. Efficient in-store purchase. On test drive day, the sales staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. We decided to buy, and the entire process -- from arrival to driving home in our new car -- took about two hours. Outstanding service recovery. After getting home, we discovered the vehicle was missing the tow hitch that had been listed in its specifications -- something we specifically need for our bike rack. When I contacted CarMax, they promptly asked me to bring the car in for verification. Once confirmed, they quickly agreed to cover the full cost of the tow hitch installation. I then scheduled the work at a local service center myself, and the entire repair was completed at zero cost to me. From the first click online to the final service visit, CarMax's team was professional, efficient, and genuinely invested in solving the one issue that came up. It was a genuinely great sales and service experience, and I'd recommend them to anyone considering buying a car online.

Our first visit back was pleasant, Mauricio was especially helpful and seemed to care about his customers. This time... service was pretty bad. To be fair, the appointment I thought I'd scheduled was not confirmed, so we went in hoping we'd be able to get an oil change without that confirmation. I sat in the car for a long time. There weren't any cars there except for mine and one other who also did not have an appointment. Ismael( maybe the mechanic or a porter) was the most friendly. He was the only person who came over to check on us and let us know we'd be seen as soon as someone was available. The only other customer in line was seen before I was- even though I had arrived first. Adrian finally came over, again asked if I had an appointment, asked me to leave the key inside and go wait inside until he finished checking me in. While the other customer was being talked to about his car and service needed, I sat in the waiting room for another 20 mins while Adrian ate his Wing Stop and chatted on speaker to a mechanic about another customer. My husband came inside and my car was moved to the back so he decided to ask Adrian if we could leave- since the car was checked in. There were a few things they had suggested we also get serviced- once we communicated we were only there for the oil change the attitude seemed to flourish. Pick up was transactional... Ismael asked if they should wash my car and Adrian stated very clearly "if there's a crack on the window NO" - he knows there was a crack on the bottom on the front window, he checked me in. I thought most dealerships hand washed, I could be wrong. This is a customer service position. Front facing to the public. Who I think should be the friendliest, most helpful and informative especially if trying to upsell. Not the case here. Maybe we will return maybe we won't but it sure won't be with an appointment scheduled with Adrian.

From my first conversation with Alexis, the experience was exceptional. She listened to exactly what we wanted and how we wanted the process to go. There was no pressure, no games, and no wasted time. She handled everything over the phone and online flawlessly and delivered on every promise she made. When my nephew arrived at the dealership, the Crosstrek was cleaned, fueled, and ready to go. Jamie in Finance was equally impressive, getting him through the paperwork and out the door in about 45 minutes. What really stood out was that the great service didn't stop with the sale. They gave him a fair value for his trade-in, accommodated his request for rubber floor mats and a Subaru pet carrier, and immediately ordered a replacement for the missing second key. The vehicle was also Subaru Certified Pre-Owned, which gave both of us tremendous peace of mind, and they even beat the interest rate offered by his credit union. I typically have a trusted contact whenever I buy a vehicle, but I didn't know anyone at this dealership. Alexis and Jamie exceeded every expectation. They made the entire experience smooth, professional, honest, and enjoyable while honoring my request to keep the process fast and fun for my nephew. He couldn't be happier with his new Crosstrek or his car-buying experience. It's refreshing to find a dealership that truly does what they say they're going to do. We highly recommend Subaru Fremont, and we especially want to thank Alexis and Jamie for providing outstanding customer service. We'll gladly send friends and family their way.

He even gave us a quote and walk through of what needed to be done to my car, but also respected which out of the options I wanted to have serviced that day to avoid extra charges. The other few times we have gone here were disappointing with both their customer service and service time being unreliable. Even with an appointment at 9:45am, we didn't get out until 12:40pm. The last time I went they didn't even tell us my car was ready for pickup after sitting for 2 hours...

I recently purchased a 2026 Mazda CX-50 Hybrid, and Mehdy made the entire process absolutely seamless from start to finish. Car buying can usually be stressful, but Mehdy was a breath of fresh air. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the new CX-50 Hybrid powertrain, answered all my questions with patience, and never once made me feel pressured or rushed. He genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable with the purchase and worked hard to get everything finalized efficiently so I could get out on the road. Whole process was very smooth, Mehdi helped us feel very comfortable. Thank you, Mehdy and also Salvador, for the stellar customer service. THEY SAID IT'S NORMAL, FOR YOUR CAR TO BLOW WHITE SMOKE FROM EXHAUST PIPES.. AFTER ONE DAY PURCHASE…read more& Breached Contact.. Backstory: Saw a used FOREIGN CAR (be nice), came & checked out, purchased car. Day one, everything SEEMED good. Al (Business Mgr) even helped me seal the deal. smh. I returned next day to get old vehicle I left overnight, & discuss a few undisclosed issues noticed after car purchased. Reputable ppl advised/showed me car was previously repaired, brakes not tight enough, slight rattle (engine), & few other issues. At first they were accommodating & offered a tech to look at these issues. Someone saw a note on my keys that said a break issue/fuel pump & the service advisor was looking for me. When I spoke to the advisor later, he said everything was fine, which wasn't the note seen on my keys. This caused a dispute with my witness. Ultimately, they denied anything was wrong as "the car was recently serviced." Annoyed from the back & forth, I left & as I got 2 blocks away WHITE SMOKE starts coming out the exhaust pipes of my car as I'm inclining the overpass. I make a U-turn & go back to dealership. I immediately ask for Eddie (sales mgr), & tell him the issue. We then take him & the salesman on test drive to see white smoke from my exhaust. Upon return, Eddie acknowledges the smoke, still insisting it's normal. I looked him dead in his face & said I don't feel comfortable taking car home (live 50mi away/car blowing smoke). I asked them to keep car & inspect it.. He said they would not know what to check for. I said the white smoke coming out the back! TF?. THEY SAID IT'S NORMAL, FOR YOUR CAR..TO BLOW WHITE SMOKE.. AFTER ONE DAY PURCHASE.. Here's the icing on the cake... I have a 1mo/1k mile warranty (have in writing), BUT THEY REFUSED TO INSPECT THE ISSUE I REPORTED, UNDER THE WARRANTY. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE! I expected more from Eddie & Al; these issues aren't normal by far! That's a complete breach of contract & that's a big problem.. To have advised I didn't feel comfortable in a car purchased from YOUR DEALERSHIP & you dismiss it is REPULSIVE! My engine could've blew up. I have zero tolerance for this in a newly purchased car. The joke will NOT fall on me!

Too bed I can't say the same thing about sales department, especially sales person THOMAS DENEVAN of Fletcher Jones Motorcars of Fremont, Ca. I was debating for a week if I should put this feedback but I think it's necessary to let others know how Thomas Denevan handles out of state customers interested to buy the car! What a disappointment and luck of customer service skills! I called on Thursday around 3.30pm to buy one of theirs Mercedes EQE. I was connected to Thomas Denevan and talk to him for about 20mns. He answered my questions, ask for my details (name, address, credit score...etc, if I want to pick up in person or get shipping). All the information leading to purchase of this Mercedes were provided. I told him I can finish purchase over the phone and pick up the car in week or 10days, he said that could be arranged, but he also suggested to get shipping which he said it's gonna be around $800 and much faster transaction which I agreed! He sent me welcome message with Mercedes information and his details. The last thing I asked was to take walk around video of Mercedes and verify small paint blemish on the rear bumper. He said he will get back to me in 30 mns, and he NEVER did! I called next day Fri in the morning and no response, waited. Called Sat in the morning and nothing. I was connected to sales supervisor and he said Mercedes got SOLD on Fri morning. "What do you mean Mercedes got sold? Im out of state buyer and I was in the process of purchasing this car on Thurs with Thomas! Yeah, Someone walked in on Fri and bought the car!" What kind of BS is this!!! I was in the process of buying this car on Thurs and Thomas didn't give a Shit and sold it to someone else on Friday! What kinda a garbage customer service is this??? Mercedes got sold, we got the money, who cares about others, right? Maybe Thomas Denevan should get a job at Walmart as a cashier work for a while and learn some basic sale person skills and customer service! The fact you buying the car from Thomas doesn't matter, he is gonna sell it to someone else anyways, so save your time and find different sales person. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT HE IS!!! DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM HIM! THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Thank you Thomas Denevan!
