This is a fun fair…read more It was my first visit. It had a lot of open areas to sit and visit and eat your fair foods. The entertainment was a lot of fun, I played a few of Freddies games, I even got second place in one. I loved watching Skip the Balloon man with his songs and huge balloon. He's so funny!! And I love the Ducks!! I watched three of their shows, and I even got to race a duck!! Mine won!! The sax player was really good too. I loved walking around the carnival. It is really pretty at night. I enjoy the music and lights. The kids were having a blast. I liked listening to the band. They played great music. If I could change just one thing, it would be that back area where the knights and king was, I accidently found it, and not very many people were watching, not because it was boring, I felt like it was really hard to find. But it was entertaining to me. I like this fair a lot.

I wanted to post a quick follow-up to my earlier review. After I shared my concerns about the…read morenon-disparagement clause in the contract, I got a call from Solar Optimum's Director of Sales. He was professional and respectful, and took the time to explain their side of the clause. They're not trying to silence honest feedback across the board -- they're asking for 45 days to fix any issue before someone goes public with a negative review. I appreciate the clarification, but this is still an effort to silence consumer's right to free speech, which is something I take very seriously. I work with several brands that compete in various marketplaces, and this is a tactic I would never endorse. The clause, as written, sends the wrong message. It's written in very strong legal language, and yes, it absolutely reads like a threat. Telling a customer that their warranty could be voided over a "disparaging" comment -- even one that's truthful -- feels more like protecting the brand at the expense of the customer's rights. If a company's service is great and they handle problems with integrity, their customers won't feel the need to "disparage" them in the first place. To be clear, I otherwise had a good experience with Solar Optimum during the proposal stage, but ultimately decided not to sign due to what I consider to be a big red flag. I have no reason to believe that the positive reviews here are not genuine. I just have to assume that part of the reason they seem to out-index the rest of the industry is due to this type of tactic. I don't have a crystal ball - but the solar industry seems to be littered with companies who deal in deceptive practices, so if you want to be the "good guy", then you should have confidence that your customers will advocate for you. This isn't personal -- it's a broader concern about consumer rights. If you're thinking about signing with any solar company (not just this one), read the contract carefully, ask questions, and make sure your voice doesn't come with fine print attached.

I can tell you that it was by far the best decision I've made hiring any company to do a job for me. I've was in construction for 20 years and am very piticular with how things are done and they were awesome from the start and now even after the install!!! I turned my system on but obviously I did something wrong because it didn't work, but I made one call and they came out the next day and it was working great. Everything i call i get an answer from my sales person or a call back very soon after. This was a big issue for me as every company but Jeff's took days and one weeks later to call me back. Only Jeff's salesperson was in contact with me everytime and everystep of the design and installation. So if youre wondering who you should choose for your solar company its Jeff's company!! When the generator quit working, I tried to find a service person recommended by the manufacturer. Left messages three places but never heard back. Called Pereira and they got Jeff himself on the line. Sent some pictures of the interior and he diagnosed an oil leak and walked me through how to fix it. Problem solved in under an hour, no expensive service call, the only expense was 2 quarts of oil. After two years, they don't really owe us anything, but clearly they care about their customers. I highly recommend this team, without reservation.
