Remember when you went to the store and had little knowledge of the item you were going to buy, and the stores associates actually knew the products they were selling and helped you make choices of the the product that will fit your needs? They repaired some aftermarket items on my Jeep and charged very reasonable costs for labor. I don't play when it comes to my stereo so I don't write reviews like this lightly. Would HIGHLY recommend this business and we're looking forward to getting our RV checked out by them each time we pass through Augusta! Thanks for helping us out! @levonthemusic

The new porch awning has 2 large holes where it is attached to the coach over the doorway. I dropped the coach off on the first of November 2023, and it was returned to me in July 2024 with the original problems with enhancements. The awning was the one item that could not be addressed, but as I had extended the warranty, the thought was to have them fix HDMI remote control. The macerator toilet. The microphone for the dashboard bluetooth connection. Replace all the slides and porch. Friendly staff always, but nothing appeared to get done.

Here's the situation...My dad, sister, and I are in a two car caravan on our way to Myrtle Beach,…read moreSC for the week. My dad had been having the same issue with his car on and off for the past few months, it had been in and out of shops, but the one it was in the week previously thought they had fixed the issue and he had had no more problems. so we're about 3 hours into the trip, just past Augusta, and his car dies. the power just keeps going out, and for the first few times, it would recrank but immediately die again. then it stopped cranking altogether. We're stranded on the side of I-20 with no idea about any sort of shops around the area and no idea as to whether any of them are going to be open on a Saturday afternoon. I had the brilliant idea to hop on Yelp to search for shops from my sister's blackberry, and I used my cell phone to call every single shop listed. Liberty Hill was the last one on the list, and the only one who answered the phone. The owner of the shop was very nice, explained that he wasn't at the shop, but he had his calls forwarded to his cell phone. my dad explained the situation, and the owner said he could have his tow crew come pick up the car and take it to the shop, but he wouldn't be able to get to it until monday. the crew was there within 10 or fifteen minutes (crazy fast!) and they were very nice about the whole thing. The car was fixed (ACTUALLY FIXED THIS TIME) by Tuesday, and in short, this shop saved our asses in what could have been a pretty terrible situation.

As a music aficionado, if you are serious about your car audio and you're in the Augusta CSRA -…read moreHERE'S YOUR SPOT. Ok. I'm always looking for a good deal and usually willing to take a risk when it comes to lower prices. However, in my twenty years plus 20 extra years of wisdom, I've learned a few things in life where you don't skimp on the cost. Like toilet paper, ketchup, automatic dishwashing detergent, paper towels, laundry detergent, sour cream, tampons (sorry dudes), and car audio. DO NOT LET THE LOOKS OR THE LOCATION OF THIS PLACE DETER YOU. THESE GUYS KNOW THEIR SHIT. So I just purchased a Jeep and have to trick it out like I'm 20, because I guess I'm on some cliche girly mid life crisis in my 40's (don't judge me). I had them install a new head unit, four 6" speakers, a 10" sub, and a 5 channel amp. So I go to pick up my Purple People Eater (yes, that's my Jeep's name, don't judge me) and they turn on my stereo. I can already tell that it sounds amazing and the volume is only on 5. The young man says "no, wait"...gives me the sneakiest grin ever and turns up the volume. So I tell him I'm going to put on some "loud, ignorant shit" and put on a few songs heavy on the 808's. OH.MY.GOD. This was the cleanest, loudest, most amazing sound I've ever heard in my entire life. No lie. It sounds like I'm at a concert hall, listening to my favorite artists. The sound is crisp, clean, and clear, and the bass is SICK, but I can still hear the mids and treble with NO problem. So there are two parts to a stereo install. The first is the quality of the wiring and the sound (which is partially dependent upon what kind of equipment YOU purchase). The second is how neatly it is installed. You can't see the wires, the amp, nothing. You can't even tell that they installed aftermarket equipment in my jeep, which is important. I don't want my stereo install to look like a DIY home job. This was the most beautiful install I've ever seen, and I've had MANY aftermarket stereos installed in many vehicles. They configured all the custom stuff I needed to control my system without looking like an idiot, and walked me through how to use it. They even offered for me to come back and "adjust" the sound of the system if it wasn't to my liking, free of charge. Now that's what I call customer service. Service - top notch. Quality - top notch. Pricing - reasonable (and I say this with the disclaimer YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. You pay $100 for a stereo install, you're going to get a $100 stereo install. Good luck with that if you pay $100 for an install *kanye shrug*. And TRUST and BELIEVE I have learned the hard way). Go see these guys. They'll treat you right. I'll post a few photos later of the install. #supportlocal #supportsmallbusiness #augusta
