The store is well aid out, easy to navigate and well sign posted. The store has a (Johnsons?) dry cleaning department, a Photo processing department, and a Starbucks coffee shop. Even of you dont want to go shopping you can still pop in and have a coffee and a snakc at Starbucks. The negative point, although this is not Sainsburys fault, is at peak times the queues to get on to the retail park are lengthly,before Christmas it took me an hour to get from the island to Sainsburys store

The negativ I find is the queue at the pharmacy counter, so its best to drop off your prescription and collect it later. The store has recently started doing the home shopping so order online and have delievered.

Chances are you will have to queue as they employ a small number of staff, as with most discount places, but the staff are efficient at their job and helpful. The first ocassion I used this store I was extremely disappointed with the staff conduct, I found them to be rude, unhelpful and whilsy processing the transation did nothing but moan. I have only been in once since, and that was just a flying visit. Although the items are well priced, you have to take into account that this store does not have any parking nearby, which is an extreme negative.

There is so little room to move around the store, they seemed to have warehouse loading cages on corners and also due to the construction of the store, they had huge poles in the middle of an aisle which made it single-file only and difficult/awkward to stop, look at and pick up items on the shelf, obviously, buggies/pushchairs couldn't get down that aisle. I get they can't help the construction, but they could have found a way around it. I hear this store also offers Collect+ parcel facilities which is super useful, and I've not noticed Tesco stores doing this before. 2* - Small yet uncomfortable location, would only come here if I had no other option, it's a shame Waitrose closed down the road which I much preferred.

The store has a fiar size fruit and veg section which is very good in price and certainly knocks spots off the competatiors. One negative I found was lack of staff on the shop floor as I came across a few items that were not priced and did not want to wait to the till point before asking.
