On the other hand, I generally find the quality good (especially for fruit and veg) and the staff here were very helpful on my visit. Pay your money and take your choice, I guess. My one real downer on this location is that they could have made the building a bit nicer - it's a posh version of a brick-encased shed, and it rather detracts from the architecture of the Old Town, including the 12th century church and pub nearby

Sainsburys is a brilliant supermarket, but not my favourite. They sell stuff every supermarket…read moresells, but in store, they also have a deli, a fishmonger, a butcher and a bakery. You can find some great bargains in here if you visit at the right time. The shop is big but crowds can build up easily. Some items are overpriced, but like I said, you can still pick up a bargain.
