Daycare review We've…read morehad such a wonderful experience at Xplor! Our son started here at just 12 weeks old, and we couldn't have asked for a more caring environment. Miss Marilynn,the principal, and Alice the VP are so compassionate and genuinely take the time to know every child and family, which really makes you feel like family. The infant room teachers--Dani, Danniette, Farzaneh, Yasmin, and Lexi--are all amazing. I 100% trust they are caring for our baby like one of their own! I am actually sad to be moving to the next room soon, however I am sure the new teachers will be just as great. We toured many schools before finally choosing Xplor, comparing different criteria ranging from safety, cost, staff..so far Xplor has not let us down looking forward to many more years here!

It's hard to leave your babies in someone else's care but Lala and Coco make it easier. They always greet the babies with love and excitement and you can tell that they truly love the babies. If you're looking for a place that will sleep train your baby, feed them home cooked meals everyday, bathe them, exercise them, develop them, get them in a routine, and love them then this is the best you will find! Also, she has birthday parties, photo shoots, lots of crafts and keepsakes from the babies. Plus an instagram page that constantly keeps you up to date on all of the cute things they're up to everyday. We were lucky to get in twice with the long waiting list that Lala's has. For instance, the soap is watered down in the bathrooms, the paperwork/documentation is shabby, the owners make excuses for everything and never take care of the problem. State Inspection for January 6, 2011- "Ten employees did not have the current 24 month background check on file for licensing to review. One employee had not been fingerprinted" "I observed a caregiver who was in charge of 22 napping children in adjoining rooms. The caregiver was in one of the rooms and could not properly supervise the children who were napping alone in the other room" "I observed an eight year old child in the infant classroom" These are all listed as "HIGH / MEDIUM HIGH RISK LEVELS" In 2010 the State of Texas had the following issues with Springbok- "I observed medication records that only had the child's first name written on the log" With regard to feeding of infants- "I observed two (feeding) bottles that were not labeled.".... they could have fed children the wrong formula or milk "I observed an infant napping alone in a room. The caregiver was in the room next door with other infants" "2 of 7 caregivers gave an incorrect number when asked how many children they were responsible for at the time of the inspection" WOW!!!! thats all I have to say....................
