I was told the replacement transmission they received was defective, and Ford is requiring them to remove it and tear it down again. During this time, I asked King Ford if they could provide a loaner or offer any assistance with a rental, but nothing was offered. It's disappointing, because the level of care seems to end once the sale is complete. The service experience has not reflected the "royal treatment" they advertise, especially when customers need support the most. Especially since I have been a loyal customer for years.

From the moment I called until I picked up my car, I had a great experience with Gerard's. I initially spoke with Frank and then Brian took care of me throughout the process. You can tell that they value their work even down to the waiting area inside the shop. There were freshly baked cookies and everything was very neat and clean. I feel like you don't often see that in automotive shops. They accommodated me quickly and were able to solve the problem with my trunk and I am so happy that's it's fixed. I was initially quoted an exorbitant amount down in Florida to fix it and so I am very happy that I was able to find a shop with honest and reliable mechanics!! So when my wife's Tahoe started acting up I immediately called him to get some prices. I fully went to his shop and unloaded all the wife's stuff to get it ready to leave for him to get to it when he could. He was several weeks out and I was gonna have to figure out how to find the wife another form of transportation. He wanted to ride in it with me first and put it on his computer. He quickly told me after a short ride that it wasn't my transmission causing the shifting problem. After 30 min of research he was able to determine that my rear tires were more worn than the front and caused the rear to spin faster. And because the wife had it in auto, the computer couldn't figure out if it needed to be in 4 dr or 2 dr. Now anybody could have told me that it was the trans and I would have agreed. The vehicle had tell tale signs and was at about that mileage. But Brock was an honest man. I offered to pay him for his time and help. He refused. I shook his hand and thanked him and went on my way. I write this review because Brocks Transmission will have all my business from now on. And I will tell any of my buds and extended family where they need to go for their transmission problems. There are still honest people left in this world. And Brocks Transmission is one of them.

Have been taking my vehicles to BR Oil Change for 2+ years, but won't be going back. They have made…read moreseveral errors, one costing me $800 to fix. First incident was summer of '23. While traveling on a road trip we needed an oil change in KY. It took them 20 minutes to get the oil filter off, they said it was over-torqued. Next up, took the SUV in and during the oil change, they over-filled the engine and it poured out all over the engine compartment. They apologised and wiped up around the engine. But on the next scheduled change they said the engine pan, front and rear seals were leaking, and sold me a quart of stop-leak. But then later I thought it could just be oil that didn't get wiped up from when they spilled it the time before. Anyway, checked the SUV oil consumption, sure enough it was leaking or burning off 1 quart every 200 miles. Took it in to my mechanic and they found the leak at the valve covers. My mechanic is very good, he says it's possible the overfill caused the leak due to high pressure if overfilled. Took my repair bill back to BROC and they said they never would have let my SUV out of the shop over-filled and denied me any compensation, not even a free change. So, "nothing they can do"! 'Bye bye, Blue Ridge Oil Change'!

There was just enough air in it to get to Nicholson's company when I…read moregot there I told the guy I had a flat tire and could he look at it he said no we don't take customers after three well it was a little after four I told him that I would have a flat tire before I got and he said he could put air in it. I didn't need air. I needed help so I left and went to Mr Fix It from the time. I pulled into Mr Fix It till they had. My tire fixed was eight minutes. Nicholson would not even look at the tire all it took was eight minutes to help a poor old woman out I even bought the tires from Nicholson and they wouldn't even help me.

They didn't have a tire in stock that fit my car so they ordered a tire for me to be delivered that same day. I was on vacation with my family and needed to be back to spend time with them. The problem was that I wouldn't be back until after they closed. So they allowed me to prepay and come after hours and get my key from a hidden spot. When I came to pick up my car I found the invoice and they had written a not on it. Apparently they had made a mistake and ordered the wrong size tire for my car. But in the shipment there was a higher quality and more expensive tire that would also fit. They had put that on my car at no extra charge. I am so grateful for these guys and highly recommend them.
