Weird to say this now that I've had her fix my body, but I believed in feeling pain to release pain - I know, I already said it's weird! I've had lower back, glutes, shoulder, and neck troubles for over a decade due to advance Bikram Yoga practice, advance hot vinyasa practice, and a car accident that totaled my plug-in Prius (hit from the back while on full stop). No one, I mean no one could help fix the daily pain away (between 4 and 7 in any given day). I've been to all sorts of doctors that were prescribed by Mass General Hosp including PT, Deep Tissue, Chiro and Acu. Different Rx and OTC pain meds weren't really helpful so I stopped taking them. By chance, I had a 4-month stint in Western Mass (I lived in the South Shore and Boston areas) - I figured this is a great place to try natural therapies which I did: Chiro, Deep Tissue and Acupuncture. I saw 6 different therapists and Bonnie was my last resort - I relied heavily on "product" reviews because I'm not from WM and don't know anyone around.
