When I started with Palmer Chiropractic, I saw Dr. Zepp. He listens to his patients which is…read morerefreshing. He seems to have 'special properties' because he could warm up my back with his hand. I really liked Dr. Zepp. As the years ticked by, Dr. Zepp retired and Dr. Collins is the resident chiropractor in the Palmer office; first impression - he also listens and provides appropriate treatment. I highly recommend Palmer Chiropractic.

I cannot rave enough about this place. Last winter I had a blast with skiing in all that snow that…read morewe received. In the middle of all that fun multiple times I launched out of my bindings and did front flips rolling over on my head. I noticed a month later that my body did not feel normal and was suggested to see a chiropractor. I attempted to make an appointment at a place in Monson but they were out of network. I made an appointment to another place in Palmer but it was a 3 week wait. I called here and they could book me two days from then so I canceled my other appointment to the other place and set my sights on getting my body fixed here. I was scheduled with Warren Zepp and throughout the next two months he helped my body get back to normal. It was a process, day one I felt like I was hit by a bus, working for UPS doesn't help ether, then the next couple of days I noticed a difference. With each visit he gave me a better understanding on more ways to take care of my body with stretches I could do to strengthen my targeted muscles and maintain a proper posture as well as realigning my out of wack body. I lost my 101 year old great grandmother early October and more recently after going all summer without any issues I started feeling tight with restless nights of sleep. I made a call to them yesterday and they were able to book me same day. I had some major knots all throughout my back and today I wake up today feeling rested and thankful that I can count on coming here when I need some work done to my body. If you have any back or neck problems give yourself a piece of health & wellness and make an appointment to have a piece of mind.

He helped me align my hips, ease my lower back problems, and align my ankles. Insurance paid for most of it. He does both adjustments and he also uses the clicking alignment tool. ON BILLING: Have you ever given a panhandler money just to get them to leave you alone so you are…read morebasically paying them to go away? That's how I feel about this practice. I went to Dr Kane about 1-2x a month for a couple of years paying my insurance co-pay and assuming everything was fine because I was not getting bills from my insurance, then all of a sudden I got a bill from the office for $500+, basically for the entire time I had been going. If AFC had been billing me regularly it wouldn't have been such a shock. That was last August and I haven't been back. It is May now and I finally received my $40 bill for my final two visits which were late last Summer; hopefully this will take care of it for good. The treatments are beneficial, just please be prepared and make sure you have all of your billing firmly understood to avoid any unpleasant surprises. Another sticker-shock note: Dr Kane charges every adjustment, manual or verbal, a la carte. That means if he lays a hand on you he is keeping track of it and billing you for it. If he gives you a verbal piece of advice, such as, 'You might try sleeping with one pillow instead of two,' he will bill you for it. My chiropractor back in Nashville charged a flat rate per visit. With AMC the visit price is going to vary wildly up and down depending on what you have done and how many questions you ask, so be very purposeful with your inquiries: you are not asking anything casually and do listen carefully because every answer is costing you money. I wish I could give AFC a good review for the times they helped me but the aftertaste is just so unpleasant that it makes me regret letting my guard down and being so trusting with them for so long.
