I am always curious to see how the other Crossfit communities train when I travel. In Jeffersonville, their community is thriving. I was treated very well by the coaches and members of this bix and we all had a great WOD together. I was pushed to the extreme and had a great workout. Coach Justin and his team are world-class coaches and the member there are hardcore athletes, and train hard. If you are looking for a workout this is the place!! I highly recommend Bridge View Crossfit and hope to return sometime.

It's all I've ever wanted in a yoga studio: donation-based classes, a welcoming and warm atmosphere, knowledgeable instructors who know that yoga is more than just the poses, a focus on alignment and breath and meditation, and a feeling that you're stepping into a community that you belong to, even if you've never been there. This place is legit. I always feel at home in any yoga studio, even if I've never visited before. The great thing about yoga is that if you practice, then yoga people are your people, and you belong to a tribe. I felt that immediately when I visited The Inner Warrior. There was no awkward feeling of not knowing what to do or where to go. I was exactly where I was supposed to be, doing exactly what I was supposed to do. The class that I popped into was Lincoln Snyder's class, and oh boy. What a joy! I think Lincoln has been placed onto earth from another more peaceful place, in order to show us earthlings that there is another way. His class was slow and methodical, but also challenging, because he focused on proper alignment and being present in the moment, which can be the most difficult thing about yoga. I thoroughly enjoyed his class. I enjoyed his class so much that I personally thanked him afterward, which is not something that I do at all. I wish The Inner Warrior could be my home yoga studio. But even though it's not, I love knowing that this place exists, and that I can come back and visit whenever I want.

What absolutely blows my mind is this is a pay what you can sliding scale yoga studio with your very hard to come by in today's times. The ambience is perfect for a yoga studio. Warm welcoming tones, wooden floors, smiling staff that look you in the eye and introduce themselves, especially if they know you're new. Nobody tried to hide from me or not look me in the eye. There is different instructors with their own strengths. Daily offerings that make it easier to pick and choose or sit through back to back classes. This studio is a great balance of mindfulness and yoga and the emphasis is never on pushing yourself to hold hoses or do things that you don't want to do. Very freeing. I truly hope the studio lives forever and they always get the support that they need to stay open and provide the level and quality of classes that they do. I love it here. Thanks!

The gym is massive with a huge area for workout mats, rings/cages and a massive free weight room in the very back. They offer adults and children's classes for everything from jui jitsu, kickboxing, wrestling and boxing. I've trained here a few times over the years and one of my daughters attended a jui jitsu class and it's a top notch gym with quality and knowledgable trainers. Overall it's great to support all Local mma gyms and fighters and I can say with confidence from first hand experience and from friends with kids who are more active here that this is a top notch Lousiville mma gym.

The class instructors are probably the biggest asset to this gym. The other employees I have zero reaction with otherwise. Sometimes not even a greeting when checking in. I prefer the layout of this location as opposed to the other LAC locations around Louisville. It just flows a lot better for the way I use it. Also I like the Cardio Room better than the location on Taylorsville Rd. It's dark enough to watch a movie, but you can still see and get to the piece of equipment you'd like to use. It always seems clean and well maintained so I don't have any complaints really. Also I love the use of the sauna!

A month or so later I got a response saying that I signed a 12 month contract. 12 month contract? What is this 1995? I thought all gyms did away with those around Y2K. So be careful, you are commiting to at least a year if payments no matter what. Also, the bathrooms constantly smell like buttholes, the shower curtains are moldy and they haven't updated their social media since before COVID. LAC, if your reading this, please try to get with the times. Practices like this are probably what led to the other locations closing. GOOD DAY SIR!
