Great customer service! Ordered five trees from 7' to 12" over the phone. The trees were delivered on time, fresh cut and fire retardant proof. The trees were green, no needles fell off, shaped well and were in water. The trees continue to drink water, which will keep them fresh for weeks to come. This is our second time purchasing a tree here. We like it mostly because of the location. Convenience is king with a baby in tow. Last year we went around mid December and they had very low stock. This time we made sure to go early. Although their selection may not be vast, we were able to find something we liked. We went with a 6-7 ft Douglas Fir. The hubby got his exercise in by dragging the tree over to the staff. They gave it a fresh cut and netted it. The total with netting came out to over $125. We were expecting to pay more this year due to an apparent shortage, but got sticker shock. A staff member then helped us get it into the car. Despite the price, we are thoroughly enjoying our tree. It looks great and smells incredible! Can't wait to start decorating. read more

We got our tree the weekend before Thanksgiving and went to pick it up Friday. Due to the way the bag was tied, a ton of flocking came off :( Talked to Joe and he offered to have it re-flocked. He knew exactly which tree it was - it was flocked gorgeously the first tome. Heavy on the tips but light inside. Got the tree back tonight and not as impressed as the first pick up. We have bought our trees here the last couple of years. It's nice because it's right next to Marshall Cottle park, so it feels like you're on a piece of land, not just a parking lot like one of the ABC places. Better photo ops. My 7' tree was $82, and my little one asked for a little Charlie Brown tree that was $15. They will also flock trees for $6 extra per foot. I docked one star because there weren't many trees. Yes, I only legitimately celebrate Christmas when I have family out of state visiting, I deserve coals for Christmas. Anyways, what's Christmas without a real Christmas tree?! Nothing like the fragrant, earthy scent of a fresh evergreen fir tree to instill the Christmas spirit in ya via your nasal passageways. It was quick and easy coming in and eyeing which tree I wanted, to being assisted and driving out with my tree strapped to the top of my sedan. EASY PEASY! Great team working out there, I'd definitely come back and recommend their services to others. I paid $68 for the tree alone. I decided to add the water tray and wooden stand for an additional $15. I found Territos off the California Christmas Tree Association website (http://www.cachristmas.com/retail-lots/san-jose), and I am so glad I did! I emailed Territos to get a quote for a smaller Christmas tree and Joe got back to me the very same day with an incredibly reasonable price. For a 5 foot tree + water stand + delivery to downtown San Jose + wreath was about $65 dollars. I called them back Sunday morning and gave them all my information and while they weren't sure they could delivery the same day due to the after Thanksgiving rush, Frank the incredibly friendly delivery driver showed up a couple hours later with my absolutely perfect tree! The entire transaction was a pleasure. They take cash and checks and I was able to have the tree up and decorated by the time the honey came home that evening! The communication, the tree, and the service were all absolutely wonderful! I will definitely be buying from again next year! read more

It's raining out and despite what we have seen on these reviews we did not receive good customer service. We chose this lot over one of the amusement park type lots, because we want to contribute to family-run businesses, but we were told we can wrap up the tree and get it to our car ourselves if purchased, despite there being probably 8 employees just standing there, they literally just stood there looking at us indifferently. These guys sell pumpkins around the Halloween season. Please beware that they have no prices listed anywhere. When we decided to buy 2 pumpkins - a smaller and a large - we were told it's $25, which seemed excessive. On asking the cost of the big pumpkin, the person at the counter said it's $20, which would make the smaller one $5. I was a bit surprised that the smaller was much cheaper, and upon noticing my doubt, the person goes "oh you know the big one is $18 and the small one $7" If you're charging people based on your whims, this is absolutely the wrong was to do business. Every item you sell should have a consistent price for EVERYONE. What you're doing is sleazy and unacceptable. First and last time I'm getting pumpkins or anything from here ever again. read more

Just got a pumpkin for baby pictures and everyone here was friendly and great! They have a nice selection of good looking pumpkins. I noticed when I visited another farm, the pumpkins were scarred and had flat smooth surfaces - which makes them not pretty for pictures. The pumpkin I got was perfect for pictures. I had a great experience finding my perfect Christmas tree. I needed a tree that was over 12ft tall. Terrinos had a good selection of tall trees. I ended up with a Silvertip, "The Cadillac"of trees as Joe the owner referred to it. It stands 14 ft tall and is gorgeous! The pictures don't do it justice. Lovely tree. My husband and I were looking for a Christmas tree for a Family that has Littles ones that can't afford a tree this year. We read the positive reviews on them so went there on a Thursday evening. A young kid there who was very nice and helpful greeted us on arrival. We decided to browse on our own and were surprised at the tree prices!! They started out at $80 and this was for a very small Charlie brown tree..lol. ..We were not wanting to spend more then $50 but came across a nice 4ft Douglas Fir tree that had a tag on it for $65. The tree had a stand with a water bowl attached to it so we decided to get that one. The young kid that greeted us helped us carry the tree to the front. I went to pay the lady at the register and she said "that will be $85" . I told her the tag said $65 but she said that's just for the tree the stand is $20. I said the tag says $65 it does not say extra for stand. She said "well we can take the stand off" I was like "wow" bait and switch at a tree lot...very tacky. We went ahead and bought the tree as we promised the Family we would be bringing it to them that evening. We left feeling like we were scammed if you know what I mean. If a item has a tag on it with a price, that's the price. Won't recommend them or go there again. read more

Probably some of the worst customer service I've ever received at a tree lot. I prefer buying trees from family owned lots, rather than a large corporate place, however it won't be here. Not one person working greeted us or asked if we needed help - rather they just stayed seated where they were and allowed people to come to them with questions. First I called after searching Christmas tree farms that deliver. I spoke to Joe and asked about delivery and price after telling him my location he quoted me a price. I asked him if I should come pick up the tree. He said yes as often people don't like what gets sent when they don't pick it themselves. Totally understandable. So I went there. Nightmare customer service. I arrived and walked in. Everyone was doing things. There were four men in a tented area working on trees and a lady in the trailer cashier station. I didn't get greeted by anyone. I walked around looked at a few trees expecting someone would come to help me, but no that didn't happen. I found one I liked and looked for a price. I didn't see one. I just saw a colored plastic ribbon attached. I looked around and it looked like all the ones on that row had that same color ribbon and other rows had other colors. I figured it must have something to do with how you figure oh the price. I went to the lady at the register and asked how I find out the prices. She said she would have to call someone so they can go with me and tell me the prices. I stepped to the side and talked to someone on the phone while I waited. I thought maybe she had to finish something but I waited close to 20 minutes without one person asking me if I needed help. She never got up to get anyone. I has only been on the phone for a few minutes. After waiting all that time I finally went back and asked if she was going to call anyone. She replied "well you were on the phone." I had been off the phone for about fifteen minutes by the time I had asked her that the second time, so that made no sense. She got up and walked to the first tree and showed me a white tag. I had not seen that because the tree I had picked didn't have any white tag. She walked away again. And about five minutes came back and looked at the trees near by that apparently said $82 and said it's $82. Then I went to pay and one of the men said something about Douglas for and then they wanted to make sure it wasn't Douglas Fir because then she wanted to raise the price from what she had quoted me. Another review mentioned random pricing. It's really illegal to do it this way. Then after I paid she said "It won't be delivered tonight." I told her no problem the man who answered the phone Joe had told me there was a chance it might not be there tonight and that I had told him tomorrow would be ok. She then proceeded to tell me "Our corporate accounts come first, and we are 2 days behind on those deliveries" and then she showed me a stack of papers and said that these are also the home deliveries they have to do before mine. I expressed to her I was not ok with waiting several days and she just said, you'll get your tree. She kept repeating about the corporate accounts coming first. Then she said "Someone will call you tonight to figure it out." Needless to say no one called me that night. I went back the next day and she didn't even remember me from less than 24 hours before. I had told my husband what had happened when I had gone on my own and so he went with me this time. She started again being rude and confused condescending. But when she said her corporate accounts come first my husband knew everything I had told him had been exactly as it had happened and he demanded our money back. We left and went to Lowe's and got a way nicer tree for $50 and a very kind man leaving in a truck dropped it off for us and he wouldn't even accept any money. I tried over and over. There are people who know what Christmas is about. But if you are trying to have a nice Christmas with the kindness and cheer please avoid this place. They are only out to get as much money from your wallet as they can and they have no regards for you or your families Christmas. The only thing I can say is that I may not be one of her corporate accounts but what she didn't know is that I am an influencer under a pseudonym. I do that for this very reason. Big companies know who I am because they send me products to review but it's best when I'm reviewing local business. 99% of the time local businesses are the best and I love to support them. It's unfortunate when an owner allows their business to get brought down to this. read more

I've been going to Territo's for at least ten years for my trees at both work and home. Great service and fun. I recommend purchasing the stand with the water basin. What a savings of time and mess. The guys will place your tree in their machine, drill a hole in the bottom, and pop a stand on it. All you need to do is place it in your home and add water. No more finding the saw, cutting off the bottom and making a huge sticky mess with all of the tree sap. It may not be as pretty as the one you have now, but that what tree skirts are for. Once you try it this way you will never go back. And you can reuse it year after year to save $$. read more
