They are very friendly and accommodating. Checking in is always easy. I had a cold that came up at the last minute and they were able to reschedule very easily. I've had a very through assessment, was educated on my treatment plan, given the chance to ask questions. During my treatments they always ask me how I'm feeling, do I need more or less weight, is the number of reps OK for me to do. If you are old enough to remember the old show called "Cheers," then you will recognize the line "where everybody knows your name," that's how everyone in the office makes me feel!!

The waiting area was very crowded, and because all of the available seating was taken, we were standing in an open area where there seemed to be enough room for everyone to move around comfortably. At one point, a staff member, who I assume was the chiropractor based on the room he came out of said, "Excuse me." We immediately stepped aside to give him space. However, he then spoke to us in what came across as a very rude and dismissive tone, saying something along the lines of, "Can you guys like move out of the way, like move away from here? This is our workspace. Give us room." We were not being disruptive or disrespectful, and we would have gladly moved if asked politely. The issue was not the request itself, it was the way it was delivered. Customer service and professionalism matter, especially in a healthcare setting where patients and their families should feel welcome and respected. I understand that staff need access to their work areas, but there are courteous ways to communicate that. A simple, polite explanation would have accomplished the same thing without making us feel uncomfortable or unwelcome. Unfortunately, this interaction left a negative impression of the office.

It has truly changed my life by improving my pain management and overall well-being. I am extremely pleased with this facility and the staff. I am amazed how well the physical therapy worked and got me back to pre-injury status! Everyone at Glinn & Giordano is professional but friendly.
