From the front-desk staff to the doctors, everyone is friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. The vet techs have built strong trust with us over the years and always treat my dogs with kindness and patience. I've been coming here for many years and fully trust both the doctors and the staff. When one of my pups had an emergency, the team was honest, compassionate, and supportive every step of the way. I trusted them completely, and they saved my pup's life. I'm incredibly grateful for the care they provided and highly recommend this hospital.

I would like to give this clinic zero stars…read more My dog passed away unexpectedly yesterday. I took her on January 28, 2026, for her annual vaccines and flea treatment. During the visit, she was examined and I was told she was healthy and doing well. The clinic prescribed her Credelio for fleas in addition to her vaccines. The wait time was about 1-2 hours, which I understood. She was seen at approximately 12:36 PM, received her shots and the prescribed medication, and we went home. I monitored her closely at home. She seemed fine, but at around 3:40 PM, she suddenly passed away. I called the office around 4:00 PM to report what happened. I was placed on hold and disconnected, so I called again and explained the situation. I was told the doctor would call me back after hours, but I have not received any call yet. My dog was perfectly fine before this visit(here is a picture of her in the car going to the vet) I lost my best friend on January 28, 2026, at 3:40 PM, and I am devastated. I trusted this clinic with her care, and I am heartbroken and confused about how something like this could happen so suddenly. Update: I want to clarify what happened after I contacted the clinic. I was told that the doctor would call me back. At around 4:20 PM, I received a call, but it was not the doctor--it was a receptionist. She told me the doctor would call me later, but he never did. When I later spoke with the doctor, he seemed irritated and dismissive. I felt that my concerns about the medication, including Credelio, were not taken seriously. Instead of discussing the possibility of an adverse reaction or explaining what could have happened, my questions were brushed off. As a pet owner who just lost their dog suddenly, I expected empathy, transparency, and a willingness to address my concerns. Instead, I felt unheard and dismissed during one of the most painful moments of my life.

I was told I would have to pay another $100 deposit to reschedule, and lose the $100 deposit I already paid to book her appointment. Their refund policy is 48 hour notice, but again I had extenuating circumstances come up, but they didn't seem to care about that. So...I will be getting my dog spayed elsewhere, and they have lost any future business with me because I don't think it's fair under the circumstances and because I only was postponing it, I wasn't canceling it altogether, not until they penalized me for $100. I'm giving them 3 stars because of past experiences with this clinic with other pets I've taken over there in the past, and the vet was nice and compassionate then, but to me this $100 penalty for just wanting to postpone to me is unreasonable (I was scheduled for a surgery that same week and wouldn't have been able to fully take care of my girl while we were both in recovery and I thought I could postpone my procedure at the time I made her appointment). I found out later that they didn't want me to postpone my procedure (heart related) and I was freaking out about how I was going to take care of her during her recovery. There was urgency to get her appointment at the time I made it because I was afraid she was pregnant and it wasn't good for at her age to be. I found out the day before her appt that she isn't pregnant, so I was relieved to be able to postpone her surgery until I am recovered from mine and can properly take care of her.

I walked in, filled out the form, and waited for about 20 mins with no appt. The girls that helped me out were so sweet and helpful. They took Apple Pay as a form of payment which was super convenient. The waiting area itself is kind of small, but they having some seating outside as well. The parking here gets packed as well. I had to park on the street and walk about to 2 mins to get there, so it wasn't anything crazy. Overall, great experience! I've been recommending this place to everyone lately.

Kind of disorganized since people didnt really line-up like instructed, and staff member wasnt keeping track of who came first. So I would recommend, if you can, going with someone so that one of you can get the form to fill out and the other can hold your pet. Just from experience, since mine was too anxious to get close and then some people didnt leash their dogs/kitties. But I came and received my pups low cost vaccines and the vet(vet tech?) was super gentle with her. Pretty much took only 45 minutes. And I received my booklet and receipt of the services I took. They accepted cash and credit card. Please note, credit card use has an additional charge.

From day one, they've been incredibly kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. It's so clear that everyone here genuinely loves working with animals, and that level of care and compassion makes all the difference. Every visit feels thorough. They take the time to answer my questions, explain things clearly, and make sure both Luca and I feel comfortable and not rushed. One thing I especially appreciate is how fair they are with pricing. Dr. Galdjian is very direct and honest, and I trust her completely. She'll tell me when something isn't necessary so I don't spend money on tests or treatments that aren't needed, but she does it in a way that never feels dismissive. She really listens and takes my concerns seriously, which is so important. It's rare to find a vet I trust this much, and I honestly can't imagine going anywhere else. The receptionist asked me what was going on, relayed the information to the vet on duty because they were at capacity for the evening, & then thankfully came back to the phone to let me know that they could accept us. The receptionist & staff were super friendly & attentive. The vet, Dr. Gouldburn, was equally as friendly & attentive, & really took his time with us to understand what was going on, examine our dog, & go over the best course of action with us. No unnecessary bloodwork or x-rays were taken or even suggested. He felt confident enough about his diagnosis & suggested we try the pain meds first. Two days later they called to follow up with me to see how our dog was doing, & see if the medication was helping. A few days later our dog developed an irregular symptom, so I called the office. After explaining the symptom to the receptionist, she had me email them a picture & the vet would follow up with me after reviewing it. They could have totally asked me bring my dog in & pay the exam fee so I really appreciate their honestly with not charging their customers unnecessarily. That evening the vet called me & let me know that after reviewing the picture, it did not look like an urgent situation, & to just monitor my dog & let them know if the issue persists or if any other new symptoms develop. He was right, the symptom was not cause for concern & went away the next day. I am so impressed with their office & protocols, & I would definitely recommend them. I was pleasantly surprised & they surpassed my expectations.
