I highly recommend Terri. I live in Southern California and needed to sell a property in Campbell. The unit needed some repair work and Terri went above and beyond working with the contractor and me to determine the scope of work, choose tiles and fixtures, and inspecting the work. She was extremely responsive and provided expert advice throughout the process. Thanks to her, I never had to travel up north, and was pleasantly surprised the unit sold over asking price! read more

I'd like to recommend Terri as she is ... 1. Detailed -our home sold in 7 days from listing to multiple offers to sold . 2. The price is right - she had our home priced right from the beginning -sold fast at a very nice profit -even for the Bay Area. 3. Noticing our "Local Experts " were having weekly open houses and lowered offers -not Terri ! 4. A joy to work with ! 5. Give her the keys and let her 20 years of Bay Area experience drive! Terri was absolutely amazing as a realtor for us. She worked tirelessly to get through all issues we had in our sale. Communicating throughout, explaining things to me in a way I could digest. I cannot recommend her services more highly. read more

I heartily recommend Terri to anyone looking to sell or buy a house in the San Jose metro area. Even in a tough market at the time she guided us through the process step-by-step and led us to a great conclusion. Terri was always responsive to any question or concern, offered advice based on solid experience, always listened to what we said, and acted faithfully to enact what ever conclusion we arrived at. Terri was also the right blend of patient and diligent--she understood the challenges we faced in our daily lives and kept up on the details of our sale processing so we didn't have to. If we ever need to buy or sell a home in the greater San Jose area, we know exactly who we will seek to help us -- Terri Vellios! read more

If we could give 10 stars, we would! Terri is by far the best realtor we have ever used. Her professionalism, communication, response time, availability and insight to possible questions, concerns and issues put her at the top of those in the business. She is passionate for the her profession and love for her clients as if they are her personal family. We recently used her services for the sale of our home as well as the purchase of our new home. She excelled every step of the way including navigating us thru challenges and major hiccups that arose. All the while keeping our anxiety at bay and giving us peace of mind. We HIGHLY recommend Terri for your real estate needs. She will not disappoint!!! Greg & Renée read more

Terri Vellios was referred to us by another realtor who did not specialize in manufactured homes, like Terri does. What a great recommendation Terri turned out to be! Our son was looking to buy his first home in the Bay Area. That's a challenge for sure. And someone new to the home buying experience can easily be led astray. Which was the experience with other realtors. Then he met Terri. She was honest, hard working on his behalf, supportive and interested in what he wanted to accomplish/find. Terri guided him on a good path, with honesty, and integrity at each step along the way to home ownership. What more could you ask for? We would also recommend the realtors who referred Terri to us. That was Michelle and Michael Reen in San Jose - they were life savers in referring Terri to us! They didn't specialize in manufactured homes, that was Terri, but Michelle and Michael were otherwise fantastic to work with and their advice was invaluable. read more

Terri saved my sanity! She was so knowledgeable and was able to keep me calm during the time that I was trying to sell my late brother's home. She helped me get the best deal on the house. I live out of state and I could not have handled it without her expertise. She stopped by when I was at the house and was compassionate while I was having a melt down. I am so thankful that I was able to work with Terri. Barb H. read more

I can't even begin to say how much I love Terri. From start to finish she was very supportive and informative about getting me into the right home. When there were times I wanted to give up, she encouraged me and told me I can do this! I'm so glad my friend introduced me to her because I really wouldn't be where I am now. A first time home buyer!!! Not only did I gain a life agent, I gained a life time friend! I will definitely recommend her to all my friends and family for their home purchase. Keep up the great work Terri!! I love key day!!!! read more

Terri Vellios - Keller Williams Realty - Sold!! The wait is over!!! - Real Estate Agents Near Me - Campbell, California

My husband and I decided to buy our first house in this crazy market. We started with one realtor, but things weren't quite a match--not much communication or guidance. My cousin had used Terri to purchase his first home, so we contacted her to see if she would be willing to take us on, even though we were looking in an area that wasn't her usual location. Luckily, she she agreed to work with us. Terri was, simply put, fantastic. She was completely honest and forthright about what it was like to buy a house in this market--which can be a bit insane--while also being supportive and encouraging. She looked out for us every step of the way. Even though we were looking at homes a good hour away for her, she met us uncomplainingly multiple weekends in a row. She did research for us, finding new homes to look at, contacting realtors, and was always quick to schedule appointments for anything we found that we were interested in. When we finally found our dream house, she was equally amazing on that side of things. She helped us draw up a competitive offer, arranged for the necessary inspections, walked us through every step of the purchasing process, was available for any anxious call, answered every question. She negotiated on our behalf and to our benefit. Despite the fact that buying a home right now is a crazy rollercoaster, she kept us on the rails. We are now in our dream house, which is an amazing feeling. We owe it all to Terri, and are so happy to have had her as our realtor. If you have the chance to work with her, do it! She is fantastic. read more

Terri was absolutely terrific to work with when selling my mother's home. Her knowledge and expertise resulted in a sale in less than a month. She always kept me up-to-date on the process and followed up with every detail. I highly recommend her. read more

Terri was the best possible realtor I could have found to guide me through the process as a first time home buyer. She was so incredibly knowledgeable and patient. Terri was able to find me an incredible home and helped me write the best possible offer. She was able to guide me through the home buying process while still leaving me feeling that I was in control and ensuring that we found a home for me that met all my needs and wants. I can't recommend her enough! read more

Terri was outstanding. We were recommended to her when we had no clue what to do when we were at the very start of our home buying venture. Terri got in touch right away and explained what needed to be done step by step and from that moment we knew that everything would be taken care of. She was on time for showings, she was efficient when writing up offers, she understood our needs/wants/dislikes in homes but most importantly she understood us. She didn't waste our time on homes that weren't suitable and pointed out small details that only an experienced Realtor would notice. Because of Terri our first home buying experience was worry free which is a big deal in such a competitive market like Silicon Valley. We enjoyed working with Terri and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor. read more

Had an amazing experience working with Terri to get my parent's place sold. Terri is genuine, sweet and also incredibly efficient, she helped my parents (Who don't speak english very well) put everything together and patiently helped us through every step of the process. She treated our case just as if it was her own, she was there for every meeting, every inspection, anything that we needed help with, she was there for us. If you are looking for someone who is professional and is willing to put in all efforts to help you sell your house, Terri is definitely the person you are looking for. read more

This review is LONG overdue - as my husband and I have been in our home for almost a year... Terri is absolutely amazing! When my husband and I started our home buying process we were lost and very wary. One chat with Terri and we knew we'd be just fine, and we'd found our agent! Terri worked with us every step of the way and we felt she genuinely cared about getting us the best home. She's patient, caring and a GREAT mediator when my husband and I didn't see eye to eye. One important thing I should mention is that we started our home buying process right when the market seemed to slow down. We lost a couple of homes to investors and others that could afford just a little bit more, but Terri never let us feel discouraged. She spent long days with us driving from house to house, always with a smile on her face. In the end, it was Terri's knowledge of my husband and I, and a sweet letter she wrote to them that convinced the sellers to sell to us. I only wish more of our friends were looking to buy homes - I'm honestly ready to stop strangers on the street to recommend Terri! She's amazing, call her, you'll be happy you did! read more

I was recommended Terri by a coworker as a first time buyer in the extremely competitive Bay Area market. From the beginning she was engaging and highly motivated. It became obvious quickly that no matter what the situation - how much effort, time, or annoyance it takes - she worked relentlessly with me to get the right outcome. Her knowledge of the area is up to the minute and she was able to coordinate all moving parts of the process from mortgage to insurance, absolutely invaluable for a clueless newbie such as myself. Futhermore, she always put in 100%, be it 7AM or 9PM, to make sure that every offer we made was entirely on point. When we had some very unfortunate defeats on some properties there was no backing off, we went straight back into the game. As well as this she also adapted to my having a partner with scheduling difficulties - running things through them, and even reminding me to double-check with them before making certain decisions out of excitement. Finally, proof is in the pudding - I ended up with exactly what I consider my home of my dreams and under my budget - and we closed within under 20 days! I know most people get agents on personal recommendations, not Yelp reviews, but hopefully this will convince some people to make contact. :-) read more

I was referred to Terri through my landlord. My situation was a bit unique, in that I was buying my current rental, but Terri handled all the paperwork beautifully and educated me through the whole process (I am a first time homebuyer and I had no idea what I was doing). She stayed on top of the many forms, people, processes, and headaches that come with buying property. I would've gone crazy if it weren't for her! I'm now living in my first condo and couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Terri for your real estate needs. She is knowledgeable, patient, kind, and very responsive. She will ensure the process goes smoothly. read more

I really enjoyed working with Terri :) Prior to working with Terri, I had hired three realtors, one was more disappointing than the other for various reasons. Terri ensured that our questions were answered thoroughly and she worked diligently to ascertain we are visiting/acknowledging all the hot properties in this market. From the day we visited our current home (Cambrian Area) until the day all docs were signed and forwarded, Terri held our hands thru the process and educated us on all facets of home-ownership. After going thru a few realtors and drawing some comparisons, here are several reasons why I recommend Terri: - She's more interested in your investment than her own gain - She will keep you educated thru the whole process - She (IMO) went above & beyond what I expected to ensure we are well informed and getting a property we really want! read more

Terri is a fantastic agent! To me, it felt like she went above and beyond. I had a very short window to work with, and Terri bent over backwards to make sure all my needs were met. She worked day and night and I do mean night up till 11:00 pm which worked out great for me and my family. She was tireless in solving my problems and calming my fears. I couldn't have had a better agent if I tried!! read more

To get a house/condo in the Bay Area, you need 3 things: dedication, perseverance, and Terri. The market is so competitive that you need the best on your side. My wife and I were extremely particular about neighborhood, cost, and home type and Terri delivered in spades. Not only does she have the experience (reason we were chosen for our place) but has the local resources to get you exactly what you want. Thanks Terri! read more

Having to sell my mom's property was extremely difficult and Terri went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. She stayed on top of everything and made sure I understood each step. I used to work at a real estate office many years ago so I was nervous to work with someone I didn't know but she made me feel like we've known each other for years. I really had a great experience with Terri. She did an amazing job! read more

Terri is hands down the best realtor we could have imagined. After interviewing another realtor who felt phony and asked us in the first ten minutes, "Are you ready to sell your house with me?" Terri was a breath of fresh air. She's as genuine as it gets, gives you her honest advice based on her experience, listens to your needs, and is a fierce advocate of your interests. She helped us focus on the essential things to do to get our house ready for selling and supported us in every way. She navigated a multiple offer process and ultimately helped us get significantly more than our asking price. She also handled all communications in a timely, professional matter, protected our interests and kept us informed each step of the way, and even counseled us when our buying agent for our next home was causing us stress and frustration. I honestly dreaded the process of hiring a realtor and certainly didn't think I would end up having so much respect and appreciation for one. Terri is a cut above the rest - a real person who is a savvy negotiator, a caring advocate, and a consummate professional. We couldn't recommend her more highly. read more

The only reason I even registered for Yelp is to write a review for this awesome lady. You know when you have this slight motivation to do something, you have the resources to back it up but you don't actually do it for fear of the unknown or the stresses of figuring things out? Okay, probably not exactly that feeling :P but if you felt close to it like I did, you need that someone to guide you on the right path. You don't want someone pushy, you don't want someone aggressive. You want someone who will give it to you straight, a clear picture as to what you're getting into, an answer to every question you have. Terri gave me what I needed to make my American dream come true and I'm having a blast these last six months finally feeling like I did something with my life. I hope many others find Terri as valuable a real estate resource as I did. read more

I met Terri through a friend of a friend. I was in southern CA looking for a Mobile Home in Santa Cruz. From the very get go Terri showed great enthusiasm to work with me. I was truly grateful because I had been told many Realtors don't "bother" with Mobile Home sales. She jumped in and treated me as if I were buying a million dollar estate! She was kind, knowledgeable and walked me hand in hand through all the details of the entire process. Then to top things off when I arrived in Santa Cruz to my new home she put a yellow ribbon around my mailbox that said, "Welcome Home Rhoda". There is no better Realtor in CA!! read more

Terri was absolutely awesome - my husband and I were first time home buyers so we had many questions; Terri answered them in a way that we completely understood. After telling her what we were looking for, the homes that she showed us were what we were looking for and she was very patient with us. Couldn't have went with a better professional - we will be sure to call her again when we are ready for an upgrade and when our friends start thinking homes, we are quick to suggest Terri! read more

Terri is amazing! My husband and I were in the market for a house and were clueless about the process. This market is Crazy and we were in between family or friend's realtors and it seemed like everyone I knew swore they had the best one. After getting frustrated with our realtors not getting back to us and missing out on opportunities, we found Terri. My only regret is not using her from the start! Not only is Terri very knowledgeable with the current market conditions and inventory, but she is prompt, caring and genuine. I knew if I emailed her I would hear back within a few hours. We felt like she really made an effort to get to know us personally and that she truly cared about what we wanted. We had a ton of questions, some even felt repetitive, but Terri never made us feel silly for asking. And if she didn't have the answer, she was going to find it! I would recommend Terri to anyone who is looking for a reliable and trustworthy individual with amazing work ethic to help them through this amazing and exhausting journey of finding a home. Terri definitely helped us feel like we were not in it alone! Thank you Terri! Mike and Steph read more

Terri is great! We've worked with other realtors, but she is the only one worthy of a good review. She is experienced and extremely knowledgeable about the area, current market, all the legal considerations, and everything else about the process. Other realtors tell you what you want to hear, but we never got that impression with Terri. She worked hard to help with the sale of our condo. Her communication skills are top notch! We were extremely satisfied with her work and would definitely recommend her. read more

Terri is a wonderful and warm person, who really makes you feel like she is listening, and that she cares about what you want. My mother is older, and she was very nervous about selling her house and unhappy with the first couple of agents I set up to meet with her. She immediately felt a connection to Terri however, and Terri went out of her way to answer all my mom's questions and put her at ease. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to sell (or buy) a house in the Bay Area. read more

Terri. Is. Awesome. I feel bad for taking so long to post a review but life happened. Being first time home buyers, we really appreciated her thoroughness and patience every step of the way. Terri was very vigilant with new/upcoming postings, was very knowledgeable, and made herself available by phone and email even when she was on vacation! We actually chose Terri because she was the listing agent for the first property that we looked at but are glad we stuck with her for our subsequent real estate needs. Not only is she a great real estate agent, she's awesome at giving homeowner's tips when our garbage disposal went on the fritz the week we moved in. What stands out to me is Terri's intelligence, drive, patience and determination. And most of all INTEGRITY. I would not hesitate to recommend her for your real estate needs. She has worked with my husband and I over the past 15 years on several deals - and recently she worked with our son, looking to buy his first home. My sister is also looking to purchase, so of course we referred her to Terri. She has bought & sold a number of our friends houses -- all with rave reviews and repeat business. She truly CARES. She's a SOLID realtor who will look out for you... hold your hand if need be! Seriously - she's the Real Deal. read more

Amazing. She truly is as good as it gets. Terri walked the house; Terri listed the house; Terri showed the house; Terri sold the house; Terri closed the house; All of this in less than 30 days and with us 2000 miles away! We had many concerns being so far away, but Terri took care of all those concerns and did an fantastic job. We will use her again if we have the opportunity. Thanks Terri! read more

Terri recently assisted me in the purchase of my mobile home, due to my relocation from Ohio to CA. My partner and I were tired of renting and wanted to look into buying a home. We messaged a few highly reviewed realtors on yelp to find someone with experience who could help us. Terri was the only one who responded right away who seemed professional and serious. We enjoyed our conversations with her in chat and went ahead with meeting face to face and never looked back. As a potential first-time home buyer there was a lot of anxiety. Terri never pushed us on any decisions, instead she gave us quality information and we felt set up to make informed choices. She helped us through all steps of the process from evaluating our financials, working with a mortgage broker, finding potential homes, reviewing disclosures, making an offer and all the final steps of signing. We are now homeowners and, as silly as it sounds in a yelp review, could not be happier with the outcome. We love our new house and are so happy with our neighborhood. Thank you, Terri! We will be recommending her to our friends. read more

We couldn't have asked for a more thoughtful and thorough realtor. Terri was incredibly responsive and catering to all our needs and concerns. Terri is an awesome realtor. She patiently coached and consulted us throughout everything and was in constant contact. In the end, the sellers chose us thanks to Terri. She is great and also fun to work with :) read more

Five stars frankly not enough. It wasn't enough that Terri got us 25K over our asking price that was awesome. We learned in todays market to actually close a deal is so much harder than just accepting the offer. Terri is a star at the little details when selling at every turn things popped up and she steered us through all of it. When our buyer was lagging she knew when to apply pressure and let the other parties know to step up. In todays market it's not enough to accept a good offer you really need a real estate professional who from start to finish closes the deal. My wife and I are sad to have left Los Gatos but we know we will be back and we know we'll call Terri to find our next home when we do return. You cannot go wrong. read more
