Natalie spoke with one of their quote analysts (Crystal) who was able to make time for me on the same day I called. Natalie told me I would be in good hands and she was absolutely correct. Later that day I showed up for my appointment and the minute I walked in I was greeted by a gentleman with a handshake followed by being greeted by Natalie. I will start by saying total total total (can't stress enough) lack of communication. I was in an accident which ended up not being my fault for I was hit by a semi-truck. I called to report the accident and Janet logged it into the system. I did not hear back from her for days. I called and emailed and received no response. I thankfully have not been in many accidents so I do not know how they are handled by the insurance agencies. I was not informed of how the claim would go. As a consumer we NEED to know. When all was complete I left this agency and moved to another insurance company. When they were trying to do a license look up on me they found that Farmers had logged in the accident as my fault. I was not at all surprised. On another note, I called multiple times to ask why our insurance payments went up on our vehicles every six months with Farmers and I was not told an answer. One time Janet stated the computers were down for days, then I was told it was brought to the higher up individuals and still no response. Then when I asked to speak to Dave I got his voicemail so never got to inform him of the treatment I received. My advice, go somewhere else!
