***PLEASE READ/ WILL SAVE YOU HOURS AND MONEY$$$$**** Found this place online. Called at 12:30pm on 1/25. Was told that they have an opening at 1:00pm for covid tests. Was advised there would be a bit of a wait and my wife and I were totally okay with a wait. I was told they offer rapid covid tests which is what i need to get a quick a result and return to work. We got there at 1:03pm, checked in, provided our insurance info and was told we were to be contacted shortly for the test. We didnt get called until 3:00pm from the parking lot and were advised to get in the line for the test. The line moved pretty quickly once it got started. We now know why. Once we get to the gentleman who was administering the nasal tests he 1st asked for our method of payment, then IDs, and insurance info all over again. When asked why he needs the payment info he states because the COVID tests are $37.00 co-pay per person. He said that they would have the results in 40 mins but that we would/could leave and come back and physically see the physician to get our test results and the copay is so the doctors can check us.???? SO i was super confused. When you call no one tells you that you will need to pay for a COVID test with all these free testing sites available. They did not set the correct expectations, and are dishonest. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM AND THEY ARE DEFRAUDING HEALTH INSURANCE COMPANIES. THEY ARE BILLING FOR THINGS NOT NEEDED, WASTING CUSTOMERS TIMES, AND PUTTING PEOPLES LIVES AT RISK. I am just now getting over COVID and need the negative test to get back to work but i'm sure I would have been far worse if I was truly sick, sat in my car for 3 hrs, only to be told to pay $37 and wait up to another 1hr to see the doctor all for just covid. While in the car as well the gentleman wanted us to leave our IDs, credit card info and come back in 40 mins. I told him we cant drive with out our license. His advice was to go stop somewhere and get lunch. WTF?? I went back inside spoke to the Administrative Assistant and she told me that I could get my id and credit card back but they would not give me my results and discard them. After 3 hrs of my time wasted and no results, i was totally fine with this seeing as i have a back up appt at Walgreens tomorrow. The worst part is there is no accountability. They kepyt blaming these rules on the office protocal and the fact that they are no goverment funded and are not a covid testing site but rather an URGENT CARE. As a workers comp pt I have limited options where I can be seen. The staff and providers at this clinic are horrible. It is always a challenge to get your refills. They NEVER call you back. I would ask do I need to come in every time and was told no just call us when you need a refill. I do not take narcotics at all but yet they can't seem to get me the medication when I need it. I have waited 23 days for the refill before. Run, don't even give them a try. Horrible is a good word to describe them. Seek out a Veterinarian before this place read more

I've never had a bad experience here in regard to treatment. The doctors and nurses are very thorough and caring. The front receptionists can be sassy or indifferent. I have no idea why they keep them. They're bad for business. My only frustrations have been with prescriptions. If you can, get them written so you can take the Rx directly to the pharmacy. I don't know if the issue is with the clinic or with the pharmacy, but there's always a screw up or hours of delay for the Rx to even show up at the pharmacy. I've gotten shots right there on the spot that fixed me right up. Good doctors. My husband and I have been several times and we have no issues that would prevent us from returning. read more

I went in for allergies/ sinus issues. After paying full out of pocket as I'm self paid and provided NO paperwork I am finding I was likely treated for bronchitis! There was someone in there that very well had the symptoms of this. When called to confront Crystal stated I got what I got for bronchitis. Even after saying it a second go round when I point out that's not what I had she said she misspoke? I'm looking up the steroids I was given and find they are for inflammation/ respiratory i.e. asthma. Doing more research the 2 steroids used for allergies to my finding was in fact not either of the ones I received and I received an antibiotic shot! I'm here 12 hours later still feeling the same as when I went it- if not worse as the antibiotic shot has my right side burning. Since they give no true paperwork at Check out I haven't a clue what danger signs I need to be even looking for! I should've listened to the reviews. I have been having a serious ear infection since Thanksgiving. Miss Elizabeth has been wonderful. I have been to TUC 4 times for this problem. Its obviously some type of resilientKent bacteria. This last visit on Wednesday, the change of antibiotics and these new ear drops, so far seem to be working. The pain has finally let up a bit today. TUC has been great. The entire staff is polite, professional and very caring. Miss Elizabeth and Miss Kirra are extremely knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend rthem. I have had pretty good experiences here until this week. I went in on Monday May 4 to get the antibody test for COVID-19. There were signs posted everywhere to wear a mask. I walk in, and the lady working the front desk was NOT wearing a mask. She said they hurt her ears. Really? Everyone else in the building including staff was wearing a mask, why aren't you? I just think if there are signs posted everywhere for patients to wear a mask, shouldn't your staff wear them as well? Just seems idiotic to me. I'm not one to post reviews, but that was ridiculous. I took my son in because he was sick, I also went there (on another occasion) when I was sick. We both received good service, and used our insurance to pay. Paid our copays upon leaving, in cash, left. I am not one to save receipts! I trust they would be honest! I was told that was my final bill. I called my insurance company to verify. They told me they would handle the rest. Then I started getting a bill for my copays again from the clinic. Both of them! They continue to harass me to this day! I would give them a 5 star rating for service, but for a total of $40 dollars cash, which I paid out the door, they are relentless! I'll never go back! read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My wife had to go in twice in 2 weeks and the Dr. misdiagnosed her issue she had and the second time she went in they tried giving her eye drops to put in her ear. When she called the Dr. to tell her about it the Dr. started talking down to her and being rude to her so my wife went to a different Dr. in Canton and they fixed her problem the same day and relieved the pressure she had in her ear. Don't waste your time going to this joke of a place. And there manager has horrible customer service skills and should really get some lessons read more

I had to take my son to get a COVID screen. They looked packed, but their process was well thought out and efficient.

So upset with this urgent care. I went in for a Rapid Covid19 test, paid $185 so they could tell me I was negative. Next to you know I end up in the ER was admitted to the hospital that same night after they had said "I was good to go". They did test/scans like crazy because they trusted the "Negative Covid Test" the gave me, to come to find out i was actually positive with Covid. What kind of swab test are they doing? This is the worst place you could ever find yourself after suffering an injury! The one bright spot is the very nice secretary! The "Doctors" do not understand what you are telling them or they just don't care! I moved here to take care of my 88 year old father that can do nothing for himself. I have been getting progressively non moveable myself because of previous injurys and it has gotten so bad that I can't even push a vacuum and can barely cook or so anything for my poor father. So I finally stopped by the legal ripoff place and the young doctor of all my injurea and what I çould ans couldnt take for what I needed to move freely and numbing the pain. It cost 120 dollars to go and get three prescriptions 20 miles away that cost another 440 dollers and rhey were exactly what I told her I could not take one wvwn inducing Narcolepsy on me! The other was a steriod that my best friend got addicted to and died from it last year. Presidone instead of a simple musclw relaxer that I told her was the only one that would work on me that I went ro work on for 5 years! I was horrified! I had no idea you can hire Doctors in Texas feom a carwash! The "painkiller" I was stuçk paying a fortune for was called Methacordone which gave me a headache that I've had for three days! So when Icame back on Monday another qoman who claimed þo be a Doctor said they canot prescribe any thing that might be of use to a person that needs it! Even though these ripoffs had managed to take all my money and leave me with these three bottles of poisen and not wnough money to find a ewal Doctor in Dallas. It was just move along a little faster if you could because I had no more money to give them so get out morw or less! So here I am in Texas scaewd to death for my dad and they probably are mad because I didn't say thank or something! Im in worse shape now.
