Great little spot! Very friendly staff. A big multi-million dollar complex it is not. Perfect for a date night or family fun.

League on Friday's is a lot of fun, but the wait staff is what makes the experience great.

We chose a night out bowing before the kids went back to school from their winter break. The…read moreprocess was smooth, the server was friendly, the kiosk even had a cool feature to add a photo (kids loved this). The night was enjoyable with the exception of the obnoxious family next to us constantly getting in our ways and the parents not tending to their kids. Tried to ignore that and focus on the time spent with the family. I do wish the lanes had a little more room and also the staff paid a little more attention to the guests and ensure they are following rules and proper etiquette. But let's be honest, these are usually younger kids and confrontation can be intimidating so I do not fault them. Lanes were clean, never had trouble with the pins, no technical issues, and the server kept our drinks filled and the food was more than decent. Will be back!

The Schulman family theatre dba Film Alley has it going on. It looks like a vintage, older theatre…read morefrom the outside but is quite the opposite once indoors. My husband and I were extremely impressed when we walked inside. It's buzzing with business as there's so much to enjoy in one place. You can bowl, play at the arcade, dine in at their bar or catch a film. Do note that if you're there to watch a movie they have an automated kiosk before you walk to the attendant where you can purchase & print your tickets. If you purchase your tickets online then you can scan your QR code or manually enter the confirmation code & it will print your tickets out for you. How cool is that? AMC Theatres could never ! We came to watch Tron: Ares which had our attention from the moment it started. Definitively one of the best films we've seen this year...might even be number 2 in our top five lineup (after Sinners of course). Film Alley also happens to be a dine in theatre, so we took advantage. Our server Macela M was sweet and efficient. I ordered their $11 Mexican Street Dawg meal that came w/fries & then got a root beer to drink and a kids popcorn as it's not a movie night without it. Everything was delicious. My only critique is the bun to meat ratio was way off. I understand wanting to elevate the dish and make it more filling, but I wound up having to discard half the bun as it was too much bread. My husband had a Cheeseburger meal with fries and an Icee to drink. No complaints from his end. Overall this was a great experience for us. The theatre was clean, recliners were new and very comfortable & the bathrooms were also well maintained. My husband and I can't wait to come back.

I had a terrible experience at this Alleycats location with the manager and one of their employees…read more My nephew wanted to go rock climbing and after my sister signed their form my nephew was standing near the rock wall ready to be harnessed when their employee, who already seemed to be in a bad mood since we asked to use the rock wall given it was pretty slow that afternoon (at around 5-5:30 ish), came over and pushed him away from the wall even though my nephew wasn't doing anything. He only apologized once my sister told him not to touch my nephew and that he is disabled (autism) but he never tried to apologize until my sister confronted him. My nephew still wanted to climb as he wasn't aware what that man did to him was unjustified and wrong. My sister went to the manager and explained the situation but the manager (picture below: woman with short black hair and glasses) said that she was watching everything and began saying it was a parents responsibility to watch over ones child, my sister agreed with that and said that either way the man had no reason to push my nephew and that the correct response would've been to talk with her about it. The manager insisted their employee did nothing wrong. My sister recorded everything and told the manager this and also told her she wanted a refund. We went to the front desk and the manager came back with a completely different story now, she said that she spoke with her employee and that he said he never pushed my nephew. My sister then reminded her that she said she had been watching everything. She is a liar who didn't bother looking at the security cameras after my sister asked her to. She never bothered with any kind of apology even though her later statements imply she wasn't present at the time of the incident and she wasn't even sure about what had happened. This was overall a terrible experience that could've been resolved had the manager taken some responsibility and had not tried to justify the actions of a grown man towards a child with autism. This goes to show that they do not care for any child disabled or not. They don't train their employees to handle children with care and respect that they deserve. The employee didn't even know how to properly harness my nephew who despite all his excitement was standing still, he had to ask my sister to help him. From the manager to the red head employee, all of them handled this wrong and I will never come back. I hope everyone is careful with their children in their care given the manager was willing to defend a man who's first instinct is to push a child instead of talking to a parent. My sister was right next to my nephew when everything happened, I was sitting right there too and my nephew's only emotion was excitement even after he was pushed. Do better ALLEYCATS and employ better people for the safety of children.
