La Vache Qui Vole is a great restaurant located in the center of Martigny and will suit anyone who enjoys exquisite food. The few times I've been there were a great experience. Cozy atmosphere, great music and enjoy the view over the park. Food wise, anything related to meat is a must-try. Their specialty is beef entrecôte with fries.
