You're getting pretty decent food for a good price. There are a few pasta selections, but the restaurant specializes in pizza mostly. The pizza appears to be cooked in a stone oven and served fresh. There are two sizes (based on the menu); the larger size is probably 2/3's larger than your average personal pie pizza. It was not the best pizza I've ever eaten, but served it's purpose in satisfying our hunger. We also had penne pasta (in bolognaise sauce) along with this meal and it was pretty decent. The service was great; the waitress was friendly and was able to understand what we wanted (she did not speak a bit of English at all). During our meal, the owner came by and shook our hands and asked us about our meal and day (you don't get this quite often nowadays). P.S. Great Italian restaurant…read more Service is perfect - fast, correct and with an honest and confident smile - and food is authentic Italian and amazing. The menu is elaborate and full of original recipes, during various visits we tried several. We particularly liked the chicken soup, gnocchi a la gorgonzola, penne a la rabiata and spaghetti al ragu (the real bolognese). What is truly great is that these Italians understand what it is to take kids into a restaurant. A special kids menu is served: drinks, pasta or pizza (incl folded crust in the shape of bunny ears) and desert for ... 10 CHF!!! On top of that their are stools near the pizza corner, and this proved to be great entertainment. Beers are available and the wine card is large, Barolo's and Amarone can be ordered.
