We stayed at the Marriott hotel, so we visited the Cafe and restaurant several times not only due to convenience but also taste and customer service!
We ordered the pizzas a few times, and they're delicious. The dough and crust is homemade. You can watch them make the pizzas right there! I wish they'd use fresh mozzarella balls on the pizza instead of shredded cheese as it would enhance the flavor that much more, but they're still a gray option. I love how they serve the pizzas on a beautiful wood board too!
We ordered the burrata salad several times. It was one of my favorite dishes in all of Puerto Rico! The cheese was delicious and creamy. The dressing was light and fresh with flavor.
We had gelato several nights and loved the different flavors. They also had toppings you could add, which the kids loved.
We would also pick up a few fresh items in the deli section, such as chia pudding, yogurt parfaits, fresh fruits and sandwiches. They also have an array of fresh Puerto Riccan pastries to try and espresso drinks.
The interior is beautifully decorated and reminds you of an Italian cafe. There is a nice outdoor seating too.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating with suggestions especially if you're regulars like we were. If you find inside you receive complimentary focaccia bread, which was superb.
Whether you're staying at the hotel or in the area, I'd definitely recommend a visit! read more
