Flavors that are so different from other parts of Italy! We tried the different anti pasta, which is served on multiple plates, small bite sized tasting. I can't tell you what each dish was, but can say they each had its own flavor. Several different cheeses, a bacon wrapped cheese, a polenta-like biscuit. For entrees, we tried a mixed grill meats (arrosto misto, with bombette - all local pork, seafood with wheat (grano con frutti di mare), and a cavetellucci. For dessert, also tried a very local dish with fried figs and a tart made of wine. The flavors are all so different. Certainly a must try if you get to come to Alberobello!

It's a very small cafe yet you can smell the feel the essence of an authentic Italian bakery. After a tour and a mile of walked stopped by to have a snack . The baker chef was handing out our snack. Freshly baked focaccia bread with ham and mozzarella cheese stuffing. Wow! This was a filling and delicious delicacy that you have to taste. Overall great experience.

One of the better dishes I've had in Puglia. I also knew that orchiette was a specialty of the region--particularly the darker buckwheat variety cooked with braised greens, so I ordered that. We walked around the farm and were surrounded by fruit trees of all kinds. We stayed very well. The trulli are beautiful. We will definitely be back.

The restaurant is actually in one of the characteristic Trulli buildings and is very authentic. The wait staff is friendly and the food is delicious. We were worried that with all the tourists the quality of food would suffer, but we were pleasantly surprised. We had the grilled meat plate as a main course and it was sublime. The slow cooked egg, served in a cracked ceramic egg, served with black truffle and almond foam was a standout. I also loved the "olive oil" menu. You could taste, pick (and pay for) a bottle of olive oil to have with your meal. We purchased one, used it during dinner and then took it with us to use for the rest of our trip! Our waiter was very excited to talk with us because he had spent a year working in an Italian restaurant in San Francisco. And the chef came out to meet everyone, and when we told him we had been in Le Marche, he shared that a friend of his lost his restaurant in those horrible rains we had (Sept 2022.) A bunch of chef friends from all over Italy are going to get together in the off-season to see if they can help him rebuild. A great experience with unique & tasty food.
