Don't pick this doctor and assume that when he is out of office/unavailable or vacationing he has…read morean affiliate to cover him. He does not. His only affiliate is 911, ER or Urgent Care. No Nurse Practisioner, No associate Doctor, nothing. It's nothing for the extent of his absence. If your prescription expires, if you need blood work, if you need antibiotics, etc...your only alternative is 911/ER/Urgent Care. No regard for patient's care when he is unavailable.

I went to them and had my pharmacy fax my drug record proving I was on meds and they still fired me. That's fine because them making that kind of decision based on facts I gave them. This is one that pride wins and no way is there respect for the patient. Also who thinks of medication names when there a mile long and that your first visit is your last. No one contacted me on a failed test like they should've either. I'll post back because a third party was involved and I seemed a attorney. I've pasted a drug test for 20yrs cause of a cdl license. Good job for everything. Shouldn't gotton one star.
