Don't pick this doctor and assume that when he is out of office/unavailable or vacationing he has an affiliate to cover him. He does not. His only affiliate is 911, ER or Urgent Care. No Nurse Practisioner, No associate Doctor, nothing. It's nothing for the extent of his absence. If your prescription expires, if you need blood work, if you need antibiotics, etc...your only alternative is 911/ER/Urgent Care. No regard for patient's care when he is unavailable. read more

I went to them and had my pharmacy fax my drug record proving I was on meds and they still fired me. That's fine because them making that kind of decision based on facts I gave them. This is one that pride wins and no way is there respect for the patient. Also who thinks of medication names when there a mile long and that your first visit is your last. No one contacted me on a failed test like they should've either. I'll post back because a third party was involved and I seemed a attorney. I've pasted a drug test for 20yrs cause of a cdl license. Good job for everything. Shouldn't gotton one star.

Some of the patients working out on machines were coughing. I was told the mask policy is "your preference." This is a medical facility and they don't require masks. This is not just unacceptable, it unconscionable behavior for a medical facility. Unfortunately it is typical behavior for the surrounding rural area.

I was sent here via physician out of St. Louis and could not be happier with the treatment. I would like to see them work on getting fresh baked cookies for the patients as well as possibly playing more Christmas music but these are the little things that can be worked on. By far the best PT facility in the Parkland!!

After having two different eye exams previously, by to different eye doctors, Clarkson Eye Care in Festus and The Eye Studio in Park Hills. I was told I had cataracts in both eyes. How did the other places not see that? I told Dr Fitz I had a dark moving cloud and blurry vision in one eye real bad. He did cataract surgery on that eye successfully. It did nothing to take care of the dark cloud and now my vision is blurry again. I saw him in early June 2026 again. The time frame for him opening the door to come into my room, examining my eye, and telling me I should go to a specialist in St Louis, was 5 minutes at the most. He said he could see my problem but he couldn't fix it. I have Medicare and a supplement, so I just pay my co payment of $25. Dr Fitz and Precision Eye Care billed my insurances, $360 for this 5 minute doctor visit. That's ridiculous! Most of the office help at Precision is pretty nice but Dr Fitz really hasn't been, in my four times of seeing him. I will be going somewhere else in the future.
