The store itself is fresh, clean, and stocked to the brim with options. The staff? Absolute gems (this is becoming my catchphrase). They were friendly, helpful, and even tossed out some compliments when I stepped out to show my boyfriend the outfit. After dropping 60 lbs this year (XL to M, woo!), hearing that the fit looked great felt like a cherry on top. I'm already planning to swing back for some longer pants next time. In less than five minutes in the store, the three associates working all surrounded me from different angles but neither greeted me nor asked if I needed assistance. I worked in retail almost 30 years. I know when I'm being profiled. If you want drab colors and are a size four this is the location for you. To prove my point, I asked the associate if they had any dresses. They had one, in black and the largest size they had was a 6. The Lululemon website has a total of 21 dresses, but they only have one option in this location. This is possibly my third visit to the location and each time I've left unimpressed with the selection of items offered. I don't have to visit this particular location any longer. The location near Lenox has friendlier associates and they carry an array of sizes.
