I would get a random autocall at the end of the week that they were coming Monday with no way to contact them. Usually they didn't come, sometimes a person would text or call they were coming while I was driving to work and I'd have to explain all of this again. After almost 2 years of getting no help locally stopping the calls they sent me an overdue payment notice for a service that neve happened. I called their national and had myself completely purged from their system. Never again, use Rustys.

They offered a reduced rate to come finish the service. I accepted. Then they charged me an additional full-price for the make up service! I've tried three time to get this refunded, but no one seems to be on the same page. They keep saying it'll be fixed, and then it gets worse, and I call again - rinse, repeat. The manager is supposed to take care of it next, I certainly hope they do - I don't think I'll be returning to this service otherwise - perhaps not even then. It's a shame, becuase they are all very nice people that I've interacted with. But I don't know what else to do except save someone else from experiencing the frustration I've felt.

He was very informative on preventative I need to take care of around the exterior to help keep them out and where to set up the traps to take care of the current issue. Within just a couple of days they were trapped! I'm so thankful and should have called sooner. Meers has also taken care of our interior/exterior sprays and sentricon termite system for 8+ years now. After deciding to discontinue service after one-year due selling home in next 30-days, I see technician on my ring camera while not home removing bait from my house front yard stations even though I paid over $1000 to them last year?? I mean I don't know what you do with used one year old bait that been in someone's yard, but I thought I already paid sufficient amount for service. They don't tell you upfront your renting bait for one year and if you don't renew they repossess the bait... lol What petty low life pest control company after all.. I could buy same pest control stations through Amazon and spent $250 one time. Stay away from this company. Switch & bait.. Back on 4/1/25, your office was notified that I wanted the account placed on hold until further notice, and not likely renewing services because I was out of state on personal business. There was no indication of my requesting renewal. On 6/14, I received a threatening text stating there was $350 amount due for additional services to monitor bait stations on my property, and if I didn't pay it it would be turned over to debt collector.. Scary, since no additional services had been rendered at my property for the last 12 months to my knowledge as I keep my fences to sides and back your locked at all times. I immediately called on 6/14 and spoke to someone in your office and told them at no time did I make request to continue services with Meer, thus should not be receiving any extra billing for no services rendered by anyone from your company. There's obviously a disconnect between your offices and the customer, so please Just stay off my property. Will consider it trespassing, if any of your employees enters or walks upon my property without permission while I'm not on the property. Sorry I ever did business or paid your company $1000 for basic termite services, and as business owner you should never argue with your customer. I could write all day and you still wouldn't understand the point.

D's Pest Control was bought by Bug Out, a nation wide company. Ever since the acquisition the…read morelocal Technicians cannot seem to make an agreed upon appointment. One Technician and I had planned on a Friday afternoon appointment between 1:00 - 3:00PM. He calls at 10:00 AM to tell me he is headed to my house. I said I can't make a 10:15 AM appointment. I am tied up in a meeting until til noon. That's why we agreed on a 1:00-3:00 PM appointment. Some other technician called me and said he could swing by around 3:30 or 4:00 PM. Later in the day than my work schedule allowed for but my boss let me go home for the appointment. Then for the next scheduled treatment the technician (a different one than before) called the day before the scheduled treatment. I thought she was going to confirm the appointment for the day. But no she wanted to push it to the next week. So we agreed on 3:30 the following Wednesday. I called her at 3:05 to confirm that she would be at our house in 25 minutes. She said yes. I get in my car to drive home from work and I receive a text that she can't make 3:30 that she can be there at 4:00 PM. I had a conference call scheduled for 4:00 PM so I could not make it at 4:00. She offered 4:30 the same day. I said my conference call will not be over by 4:30. We will have to reschedule. So now my next treatment is for 8/15 between 1:00 and 5:00 PM. An unbelievable window for a pest control treatment!!! Not to mention having a two week delay from the originally scheduled appointment!! This is getting ridiculous!!
