It smelled better and I believe we are practically pest free. Kris and his crew worked two days in the attic and about 100° and they were excellent absolutely give them five stars. I tried some of the big guys like Orkin and Terminix and they were twice as expensive.

I included just a few pictures of some of the things he documented. Without his diligence, I would not have realized the home I was looking to buy was actually a huge money pit! We've been their customer on multiple occasions (3 to be specific). The first two, were acceptable, but apparently those technicians don't even work with the company anymore. On the last incident, we literally got charged more than double here to get the same work done elsewhere. Let me be more specific, I think this is worth hearing for anyone considering this company. They charged over $300 to refill one pound of freon! Johnny, one of the main technicians still working for the company, randomly decided to add in several hours of labor to the bill because the he slacked around to rack up extra time (=money) and ended up charging us for several hours of work for something that normally takes 10 min. On top of that, he charged for the time to drive to the house. When I inquired about it, they tried to make it sound like a standard business practice. Absolutely not. Anyways, this company is not an honest business. On a recent occasion, we used another company to get the same exact work done for half the price. Several others quoted me around the same range, so ServiceTech's charges are out of the ballpark.
